We have tried all the other products on the market for our son with autism, but GoodNites (and previously PullUps) have always been the best product on the market for ease of changing and absorbancy but he is outgrowing the L-XL size now and they tend to ride up in a way that accidents by pass the leg gathers. We also have a big problem with BM training so we NEED these for BMs not just potty protection. PLEASE MAKE A BIGGER SIZE!!!

Bought these for my own children, and also for personal use at home due to urinary incontinence after I had discovered the depends were wayy too losses fitting for small adults.. even the xl in these were sorta loose, would you guys recommend the large possibly? I am 130ish but have a small waste..

Very happy with the product, but I need a bigger size for my 3 year old, he is potty training, but I use these for him at night and they work very very well but I need a bigger size for him please, I buy these and only these because they're the only ones that fit him, please share this with the rest of your team and make bigger size, Thank you!!!

This is the only brand i buy for my 3 year old son. He is a taller boy and this fits true to his weight and height. Its perfect. They are great for bedwetting and daytime wear (we use them for long distance in case of emergency). He will not wear any other brand. He finds these to be the most comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an older male 5'8 and 160 pounds. I have bed wetting and daytime bathroom issues with adhd and autism. I have felt embarrassed when I peed my pants and was worried until I bought these. I was worried they would be like diapers, however the stretchy sides and cool underwear prints gave me confidence. These help me stay dry and instead of peeing my pants I feel like a big kid being able to hold my pee in an underwear. I was finally able to go to a sleepover and none of my friends knew my secret. These have saved my life and made me feel cool and safe! 5 stars!

My son continues to wet the bed even though he is 4. I have found that Goodnites are the only overnight underwear that seem to hold up to the test. I would definetly recommend these to every parent. When my daughter is ready to transition from diapers to underwear, I plan on using the girl version of Goodnites for her.

As the parent of a child with special needs, we have used your product for years. As a teenager he has long outgrown diapers and transitioned to the goodnites as he grew as they were the only product on the market that fit him well, had good absorbency and were thin and discreet vs the other options for his size. We have reached the point where he is outgrowing the largest size of goodnites and and we are unable to find any product that works or fits him. Please consider making a larger size for the special needs population as well as for any children that need a larger size brief that is thin, discreet and works well. I personally do not care for the new stretchier sides that we have been currently receiving. The older versions worked much better for my child. These appear to be shorter as well and the fit is not as good and he has many more leaks that with the older versions. Even with the fit not being the best they are still leaps and bounds better than anything else I have found or tried for our son. A larger size with more coverage on the backside would be an amazing relief for so many parents. Especially those of us with special needs children who have such limited options for products for our children's incontinence. Please seriously consider expanding your line to a larger product. The need is very real and in high demand. Just scanning your reviews I saw comment after comment asking for a larger size as well. It appears I am far from alone in needing a decent product for my growing child. Please help us fill this need and expand your product line. Thank you.

My son is 18 and has a rare, degenerative disease that causes multiple disabilities. He has been wearing the L/XL for years, but I have been searching for a slightly larger brief that works for him. After trying more than a half-dozen brands through our DME provider, we are back to GoodNites, because no product performs and fits as well. The only disadvantage is that no DME provider will supply them through our insurance, so we pay for them out of pocket. Please consider seeking contracts with local DME providers for those of us who have children with complex medical and special needs. Your product is wonderful, but not being able to get it funded through insurance can be a huge burden on families.

I have a 13 year old son who weighs about 130 lbs and the L/XL are way too tight for him. When he stays at a friends house or go to a motel this is really a struggle. Please come up with product to use for older kids. It is embarrassing enough to struggle with bed wetting at this age, but then to not have a pull up that fits and feels comfortable is so hard. The mens Depends to do not work, they are even more uncomfortable and bulky than wearing pullups that are too small. Please come up with something soon!!!!

These diapers are the perfect size for my almost 5 year old autistic son. We have been having a hard time trying to find the right size diaper for him and ran into to these. They are fantastic and do the job, but his school constantly complains that they need diapers with Velcro on them because it's too time consuming for them to take his shoes and pants off to change his diaper. Is there any way you would consider making some with Velcro as well? I know I am not the only parent that is going through this and am sure many would like this idea.
