Our son weighs 43 lbs but has larger than average bum and thighs. XS don't cover his entire bottom so we moved up to S. But some packages we buy fit him fine, and others are much looser on the side panels, causing gaps and leaks. The bag we just bought have leaked every night since we bought them. We had the same issue when we moved up to the XS Goodnites. Your Pull-Ups Nighttime are much better at leak protection, and we love the adjustable sides, but don't hold the volume that the Goodnites do. So please either be more consistent on your GN side-panel fit, or maybe make the NT Pull-Ups in 4T-5T so we can keep wearing those.

They look like real underwear which makes it easy to send for sleepovers so that your child isn't embarrassed by their bedwetting. I would recommend this product to any parents of older kids who have a problem with bedwetting.

This is the largest size Goodnites has made. And is perfect for older children, teens, and young adults. We will definitely be purchasing these in a regular basis. They need to be made available at more retailers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried the XL version of these underwear, and these did not rip, like those sometimes would. This is an overall better fit, and holds up to the premium adult underwear we have tried. Compared to the Go supreme, they are way more discreet under pajamas, and less leaks, I think either because the taller cuff inside,or the snug fit. We still had some minor leaks towards the end, but there were more drinks on the last couple of days, just to see how well they hold up to a heavier night. Overall, these seemed to work excellently, if fluid intake is managed. They are reported to feel just like regular underwear, and aren't noticeable or bulky, even after use they are fairly slim, and not as noticeable as the adult underwear we have tried. We will definitely look for these when buying in the future!

I tried the XXL Goodnites and I like them for daytime and they fit me better than adult pull-ups, I am a special needs kid and I like that the pad inside goes all the way up the back like the pull-ups did when I was younger. I like how they fit my body I am 130 lbs and adult pull-ups dont fit me very well so normally I wear tape diapers at night, but I tried XXL at night and it leaked so I will keep using the tape on diapers at night. It would help a lot if they made the overnight Huggies diapers in XXL for special needs kids because kids bodies are different than adults. .

Such a great fit, snug enough not to leak but not too tight that it's uncomfortable. Great product and the design for sure helps with confidence and makes it fun and less embarrassing!

I am a mother of a 9yr old Down Syndrome girl. I have been using goodnites for a while now and was overly excited to see that there was going to be an XL. Unfortunately I have not been able to locate any. I Live in Memphis TN. When and were can I purchase some.

The patterns are awesome. He doesnt feel embarrassed to wear them. He doesnt feel like he is wearing a diaper or a pull up. If your kid needs these Go for it!

I bought these for my son to wear to bed and found that they were a disappointment. Within an hour of putting them on my son and putting him to bed he had leaked through and soaked his bed. I usually use the pull-ups brand of night time training pants and he can sleep for 8-10 hours without a single leak. BAD BAD product.
