This product is not what I expected.Expectation is very low,color is not what it was advertised to be.The TV has a skipping problem while surfing for apps. My Vizio 65 inch that is 6 year old p3rfroms better in color etc .I will say that Samsung tech service is great, anytime I call the go of their was to assist. Product I. The screen quality is incredible, the background lighting is so good I was finally able to watch the 1 episode of Game of Thrones season 8 where its shot in the dark and can actually see what was happening after 6 years of just looking at a dark screen. The color is fantastic, it looks so real. I love the home screen set up, and the free live tv channels. My dog loves having Barbie Dreamhouse on when I leave for work for the day and I dont have to worry about it timing out after 2 hours. I have not had artifacts within my viewing material. The Tizon OSis peppy, it handles the apps I have on the TV. Netflix, Amazon Prime and Paramount + work without issues. The resolution supports what most users will need. Programs pop in HD and 4K when avalable. I like the Knox security features. I feel a bit safer with Knox and how it vets apps and provides a safer environment The TV itself is light weight and thin,making it easy to either put on a stand or mount it to a wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has good picture quality and works well with high def gaming. Only issues I have with the TV are the speed of the operating system. The operating system is slow to respond and takes time to boot up. The other issue is glare. The tv has terrible picture quality when used in a bright room. I need to use blinds to be able to use the TV and see things on the screen. Overall the TV has good brightness and darkness. The resolution is clear and the TV has a clean authenticator. Very modern look.

I've owned only Samsung TVs for 20+ years now. This is the only one I've ever had break. The TV was amazing. Great color, resolution and streaming was great. Sounds could use work but was still good! The colors are bright and easy to navigate controls. I plan on getting a new one soon.
