[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Samsung home screen and all of its available features. However the remote seems a bit basic and not very user friendly. Learning its functionality on a new device is a bit challenging, outside of basic functions of volume abd channel changing abd screen settings, the streaming options and special features take a bit to figure out. As for color and brightness the color is great, but brightness could be a bit better. As to resolution I feel it is adequate for this model and I have no complaints. Finally for security I have not tested all its features but it seems ok for the moment

With how bright this TV is viewing during the daytime makes you feel just as secure as the security Samsung puts behind the TV itself. And last of all, playing games a full resolution is one of the best features with the included game mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great color and picture quality. It comes with a stand which makes it great when you can't hang your tv on the wall. The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5, is that I can't connect it to Alexa or my household assistant. I believe this was remedied in later models though. The remote makes accessing streaming services beyond easy, and you can access your additional streaming subscriptions with the home button. The Samsung TV streaming that comes with the TV is prefect for cord cutters too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the TV for over a year and it hasn't given us any issues.. the brightness is amazing our living room has windows all over it and during the day we can still see the TV perfectly. Colors are vibrant and beautiful.. very happy with the TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is a entry model. Not a lot of bells and whistles on modern TV's. It looks good with a very thin frame. The brightness could be higher, but again, entry level. Being UHD is a plus but common place in modern displays. Being LCD in this range is not a problem, this probably will make it more resilient and safe to use in the long term.

The brightness that shines through the screen in the picture makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater. The resolution is ridiculous, in a good way. I have a sound bar that I don't even have to use because I don't need it with this tv. The sound on 13 is high like it's on 25. I have nothing but good things to say about this tv. I have not explored all the features that this tv can do as of yet but when I do I know it will be great. TEAM SAMSUNG FOR LIFE!!

My only qualm is that it doesn't ever display the time. It's very odd. Otherwise, it would be a 5/5, but it's currently a 4/5 for me.

I can't use my sound bar because there are no "audio output" jacks nor and optical output port. Our TV intermittently turns itself "on" or "off"...that's frustrating but almost everything else is wonderful.
