[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should have purchased something else because the remote is beyond clunky and the home screen is so cluttered with unusable apps, I just don't get it. Picture and resolution are fine. Sound does not match the lip movement on most channels especially older movies but on my tablet sound is not a problem. Just look at the remote, 50% of it is blank from the YouTube button down to Samsung logo... nothing. There's no fast forward or backwards, you piggy back 3 or 4 functions on a button, and if there are online directions, how would I know about them. Sorry to be critical but you asked. I don't expect you to post this because it is what you want customers to know. I'm stuck with it, though.

Overall very pleased with the product. Excellent fro both streaming and OTA broadcasts. Love that I didn't need to use and additional streaming device.

Samsung replaced the main board, but the issue still persists. Other than that, the picture and sound are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] yeah I'm in 70-in Samsung Series 7 body back in 2020 it's now 2026 all day long pretty much here in the family room great picture contrast is really good wish that they included Rumble and in the wish that they included Rumble in the apps on the series 7 and I have my bedroom but not on the near the 70 in great television yeah all the way around that's just a really nice television set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were in the market for a nice TV for our bedroom. Something not too big but big enough. This TV fit that bill. My husband wanted something really vivid. Like the way you see the display in the store. After tweaking some of the settings we were able to get the color and quality we wanted. My husband does have some concern about the side view when watching. He feels that yiu don't get that same vividness unless watching it straight on. But the cost was worth it for me. We have been satisfied with the way it fits into our room and in general the color, picture and resolution. I like but don't like how it connects directly to my Samsung account. I'm not sure what the real advantage is for that, besides allowing for easy registration.

This happen with the Samsung remote and when I switch to my Dish remote, it is still fuzzy. But, thus far, turning if off and turning back off it gives me a clearer picture. I hope this doesn't mean alot, as I have only had for a couple of months.

Also kind of annoying that only the remote that came with it can click the update buttons. Overall a decent tv, but I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I previously only had bought Vizio TV's for the low price, but Samsung has won me over with value and exceptional quality. The picture and sound from my TV are amazing. Smooth motion and exceptional color and contrast. Set-up was so easy: power cord, 2 HDMI cables and it all worked at power on. The out of box configuration is almost spot on.
