[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I decided to go from a 32 inch tv to a 65 inch I immediately decided to shop Samsung. My existing tv was a Samsung that was working perfectly after several years and two moves. My new model is great. The picture is so clear and colors are vivid and defined. I use a streaming service and it is easy to navigate the apps with this large screen. Connecting Bluetooth Speaker went great. If there was only one thing I would change it would be for a larger remote with bigger buttons for navigating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my product unfortunately is starting to lag very bad is getting more consistent on having to reset the TV I have hard drive update as the TV not have and over the air date for it and even following And even following the hard drive reset it does still lag as if the processor is out of date picture quality and functionality when it works is perfectly fine

I could go on but I would never buy one of these !! Also,neither Wlmart or Samsung would take it back because i bought it online !

The screen brightness and color vibrancy are outstanding, making the picture look lively and realistic even in a well-lit living room.Beyond the performance, the aesthetics of the TV are excellent. It has a very modern, sleek look with thin bezels that fit perfectly with my home decor. Setting up the smart features was simple, and the built-in security features give me peace of mind when using streaming apps. It is an excellent television and worth every penny!

However, the remote Sucks and absolutely needs like we always have had the digit 09 so a person can change channels directly from a 62 to 5 without going through all the channels and then you have a channel lag every time change channels You have to wait for the channels twocatch up, it would be a lot more enjoyable viewing experience with a 09 keypad

When I first bought it I couldn't believe such a bargain I got from a top tier brand. I highly recommend this T.V for it has everything you need without having to spend an arm and a leg. I especially love how I can operate with Bixby and the clear resolution that makes it easier to see the subjects on the screen. I also appreciate the security that keeps my T.V free of viruses.
