I dont know where these were stored but the chocolate had a white film over it, not mold or anything like that but old chocolate as if it had been frozen and unthawed. That film residue. It was too much to return around the holidays so packed but i will never buy them again in big bulk like this from sams club

I really loved these when I was younger, but now that I am adult I find they are much too sweet for me and tend to hurt my sensitive teeth. That being said, they are a staple in the chocolate world. The texture is pleasent-- creamy and crunchy at the same time- and they melt in your mouth very well. The portion size is easy, as the chocolates are wrapped individually inside the larger package. Not for me anymore, but i would reccomend them to anyone wanting up their chocolate game!

The packaging is perfect to put in a stocking, add in a gift basket or simply wrap it up with a cup of coffee for a friend. There's enough of each chocolates where you can share or indulge alone without having an enormous amount left over. The taste is creamy and delicious with a nutty flavor - hard to describe but highly recommend.
