While we're happy to hear the scent beads provided good results, we're sorry you're not a fan of the scent, John! When we design our products, we conduct extensive research and consumer testing to create scents that we think you'll love. We understand scent preference varies from person to person, so we truly appreciate you reaching out! We offer a variety of Gain products and scents to meet the preferences of our consumers. So we can learn more about your experience and help you find your favorite scent of Gain, please give us a call at (800) 888-4246, 9 am-6 pm EST, Monday-Friday.

We're sorry to hear that you're feeling disappointed. While a lot of thought goes into creating features that we think you'll like, we do understand that preferences can vary from person to person. Your feedback will be passed along, and we suggest giving another Gain scent a try. You're always welcome to give us a call at (800) 888-4246 if there's anything more we can assist you with.
