It definitely does have an under feel so it does not feel like you’re wearing a diaper sizing is great for age 5-7 depending on how big your kid is. I think it’s a great substitute for girls who may have accidents overnight.

They fit very well and they always protect overnight so our daughter can sleep and be comfortable. There’s no odor they don’t smell like anything and the texture is very soft my daughter has a very sensitive butt and the stone cost her rashes or anything. I can’t use most wipes, but these have been perfect.
