Makes ice fast, 2 sizes to choose from, doesnt use as much water as i had thought. Ice cubes fall into tray, if they aren't used they melt to bottom water troth to be used to make more ice. I wish it had better insulation to keep ice from forming a melting clump, have to break up ice to use each time. Otherwise, a good buy.

It works wonderfully. I think it is better to remove ice and give the machine a rest when it is not necessary. However, I have not done that yet and it works amazingly. We use filter water in it and it says not to use ditilled water. But we have ice all the time. I love this purchase.

I was really excited about this purchase, right out of the box it's very easy to set up. Just plug it in, add your water & its ready to make ice! It works fine, I guess I was just expecting more ice. I transferred the ice to the freezer & noticed it sticks together pretty good, which wasn't bad just a little annoying. The second thing I noticed was the ice melted pretty fast in just a simple glass of water, it didn't even last all night in my Yeti cup, didn't even stay cold. But this is just my experience, like I said I'm just night sure what I expected, maybe more ice.. i don't know. I gave it to my daughter, she'll probably enjoy it more than i did.

Love my new ice machine. A couple things that were disappointing is that it does not keep ice cold and it immediately starts to melt right after it is made. I love the sleek design looks great on the countertop and the last to clean. I do recommend cleaning every 4 days to keep ice tasting fresh.

It's great for the price but you gotta move the ice to a freezer or it slowly melts.

Disappointing results. It should have been returned.
