It’s absolutely wonderful we use it for camping. Makes enough ice for us to have drinks on those hot days and makes ice fast. We bought it almost a year ago and haven’t had one issue with it.

I purchased this ice maker on 3-3-20 and less than 30 days later it started making a screeching noise when it was on. I turned it off & back on again & the noise would stop for a short time. I’m returning the item as soon as possible. 4-5-20

I want to really like it, but I don't. It makes ice quickly, but it's really loud and the ice is more like 'firm slushy water'.... If you don't use the ice that is made quickly, it melts within the machine in about 10 minutes. If you do use the ice, it also melts very quickly. I use the insulated tumblers all the time, that usually keep ice in your drink for a day or two... But not with these ice cubes.

Bought this because I don’t like the taste from the ice coming from my refrigerator. This item is compact, so it doesn’t take up much space on my counter. It produced ice quickly and stores it in the removable tray that I use to fill the ice holder in my refrigerator. When your done with it for the day you can shut it off and the ice in the removable tray will melt right back into the reservoir where it will be ready to use when you turn it back on. I pour gallon water into the reservoir to make my ice. Excellent product.

It keep saying low water when the tank is clearly full. I had bought another model ice maker of the same brand that has been working for about a year for myself. I had purchased this one as a gift. I’m hoping the older model is still available for in store purchase and I can just exchange.

Just set this up and used it for the first time. Clean up was a breeze and it started spitting out small cubes in a few, short minutes. I LOVE it. Some people complain about the softness of the ice but I like to chew my ice so that makes it perfect for me. It MIGHT dilute sodas a bit too fast, especially if they are warm to begin with. Have not tried that yet.

Makes ice really fast does the job cannot store the ice in there but that’s OK. I put it in a bag and put it in the freezer. Really can’t go wrong for the price. Make sure you dry it out really well when you’re done if you’re not using it. Don’t want mold, growing down in those holes.

We love this so much. We actually bought 2 more for family members. Only complaint is hard to clean inside.

I love this thing! Had to downsize from a house to an apartment so I lost the built in ice maker. I purchased this and was very pleased! Never run out of ice! Also the price at Sam's was about $15 lower than anything else I was able to find. I'm so happy!

This ice maker started like a champ, but stopped working properly after a week. Called the manufacturer, and they said they would be in touch by email the same day. It has been two days, and nothing yet. Sam’s says they will refund my money if I drove the hour and a half to return it after having gone there to buy it in the first place. They can’t replace it because they are not selling it anymore.
