This is a great ice maker. It churns out the ice quickly. You do have to transfer the ice to a freezer to keep it frozen but we are using it to replace a broken ice maker in our refrigerator.

Saved us from buying a new refrigerator. Appliance repairman told us that Ice makers in refrigerators are always going out and he would use this too.

Very good purchase. Makes great amount of ice. Little noisy, but can’t really complain about it, to be honest. Our fridge ice maker broke, so we dump into it and it has absolutely no problems keeping up with our sweet tea consumption, or pool party.

This ice maker is the best. It makes great ice cubes quickly and it’s the best one I have had. This is probably my 5th maker and Frigidaire is definitely the best!!!

Love this little machine! Makes great little cubes fast. The only thing that would make it better is if it kept the cubes cold. You just have to empty them as they’re made.

This is a fast ice maker, The only downfall is that once ice is made, you have to take it out and put it in the freezer. The machine does not mantaing the ice frozen. But you can have a bucket full of ice in 30 minutes or less.

Works great, if you don’t have ice/water on your fridge it is great. It makes plenty of ice for two people pretty fast. You can also make the ice and put it in a gallon freezer bag and store in freezer for larger occasions.

My in laws need one and it saves them time on having to go to the store and buy ice once or twice a week, plus it saves storage space in the freezer. It’s a good commodity and time saver. It starts making ice 15 mins after you fire it up.

I purchased this item in October 2022. In March 2023 (5 months of use) the scoop flap arm broke. I filed a claim with Curtis International on March 14th and have yet to hear from them. I have sent them emails with no reply. All I have requested is a replacement for the broken part. This part can not be found online. The machine itself was great when working, but the Customer Service is unsatisfactory.

I rec’d this ice maker for Christmas and it broke in May and they want me to pay $63.00-$76.00 to mail it back to them!! Almost what it cost to buy. I will NEVER purchase anything from Frigidaire again. Customer Service is HORRIBLE and takes forever for them to respond. I will just take a loss on it and consider it a lesson learned to never buy Frigidaire again. If I could give this a 0 rating I definitely would!
