Great water

Icelandic Glacial Natural Spring Water is WONDERFUL. I order it for delivery from Sam's frequently because you can't easily find it in stores or online anymore, it's THAT good. It always takes longer to arrive than other items in my order. Ordered 9/2 with 2 other items, finally arrived 9/10, well after the 2 other items, SADLY this time, although the outer Sam's box seemed fine, the inner Icelandic box had been torn open on one end, one bottle removed and the lid taped back. SO, ONE BOTTLE IS MISSING from my order. It should be shipped separately, or I should receive some type of refund or compensation for the missing bottle, either from Sam's or the carrier (?). This could have occurred anywhere from the warehouse to the delivery driver. Regardless, I paid for 12, I should receive 12. A refund or replacement is in order, but I don't know who to go to in order to receiver either. Can someone tell me? This excellent water is hard enough to find, much less the daily delay and theft Sam's needs to see that what you purchase is what you receive, certainly an investigation should be launched since it's their name, reputation and reliability put in question by this. I hope this isn't happening to every case in my future or to anyone else who orders this wonderful water. Before this order came, I went ahead and placed another order. I hope it doesn't have any bottle missing too. Sam's, there's a crook somewhere, stealing from you and I and ruining your excellent reputation.
