Amazing picture quality for a cheaper Tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing picture quality for a cheaper tv the name Crystal really suits it because when I first saw one it looked like the screen must be made of Crystal it was such a beautiful picture. I fell in love with Samsung Crystal UHD tv's from my first viewing of one in a home and not in a bright store. Would recommend highly if on a budget and cant afford more expensive Oled Samsung tv's.

Motion based sound is impressive

You just gotta get one for yourself and set it up you literally can hear the different directions each sounds is coming from as if you were right there where the filming was happening.

Samsung 50 inch crystal series 4k tv

Clear picture

My old TV is also a samsung and still works great i just wanted to get a bigger one. Samsung tvs are reliable and excellent quality. The price on this website beats the price on any other website.

I’m switching all of my T.V’s to Samsung .

I’m switching both my houses and my mother’s house’s to Samsung. The Samsung streaming on the tv is easy for my elderly mother to use.

Good and Great but.........

The 85" Crystal UHD U7900F 4K Smart TV 2025 is good but with the following problems, first, the remote control, it is very hard and sometimes you have to come very closer to the TV for the volume to work. The remote is a problem. Sometimes the remote jumps faster than you press it, I do not know why. Secondly, the TV has no good volume. The highest volume of 100 does not go beyond my sitting room. You need to connect it to a kind of extra speakers for it to sound as loud as you want it sound

This is one the best products I've bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is to stream movies for the family and the Samsung 50" is so clear and easy to use. I can go from watching my shows. To letting the kids click right over to play there games in one simple click this is one the best TV I've ever owned and recommend it to anyone that loves to stream movies or play games all the way to been able to connect with my business partners and have meeting all in the comfort of my own home. I give the tv a 10 star rating.

Hardware malfunction

The first 4-6 weeks, the TV had no issues other than a slower interface. As I write this, I am roughly 2 months in and there is a hardware issue; a line runs across the top and there is a green dot. Save yourself a headache and do not purchase this item. First photo shows the green spot and part of the line. The second photo shows the entire line running across the TV.

Great picture and sound but tough to program

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this TV in our bedroom and want to leave it on with low volume while we sleep. We have not been able to turn off the auto off function and we wake up as soon as it shuts itself off. There seems to be no way to set it to manual always on.

Gamalot, We’re sorry to hear your TV is turning off on its own. Please try the following troubleshooting steps which may help resolve the issue: 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector for at least 30 seconds. 2. Inspect the power cord for any visible damage. If damaged, the cord may need to be replaced. 3. Plug the TV directly into a wall outlet, bypassing any power strip or surge protector for now. 4. If the TV remains on long enough, try updating the TV’s software: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now. Note: If your TV powers off during the update, it could result in damage, so only proceed if the TV is stable.
