It like being in the movies but in the comfort of home. It is light weight not heavy at all. The resolution is great the brightness is ten out of ten.

The brightness is strong enough to handle a well‑lit room without washing out colors, and dimming it for nighttime use is easy and comfortable on the eyes. Aesthetics are sleek and modern, with slim bezels that make it look clean on the desk and help it blend in with other devices. The built‑in security features and on‑screen menus are straightforward to use, so adjusting settings never feels confusing. Colors have good vibrancy right out of the box, with rich tones for movies and games, and only minor fine‑tuning was needed to get everything looking just right.

I used to think a TV was just a black rectangle, but the Aesthetics of the U7900FD are so sleek that my old coffee table is actually starting to look embarrassed to be in the same room with it. ​The Brightness on this thing is a total game-changer, specifically because the adaptive brightness is so smart it practically has a PhD. It senses the light in the room and adjusts itself perfectly, meaning I no longer have to choose between "blinding glare" and "squinting in the dark." The Vibrancy is just as impressive; the colors pop so hard I’m constantly checking the floor to see if the pixels spilled out onto the carpet. ​When it comes to Resolution, the 4K detail is so crisp I can see the exact moment an actor begins to regret their career choices. I now know more about the pores on a CGI dragon's nose than I do about my own family. Plus, with the built-in Security features, I can binge-watch in total peace knowing my digital life is locked down tighter than a drum. If you want a TV that makes your actual reality look a bit dull by comparison, this is it.

We purchased this TV on a Black Friday deal and have regretted it ever since. If you are looking for a TV for streaming, this isn't the one. If the people in the show are doing any more than just sitting there, the picture gets very pixelated. I've contact samsung for help and was told the show was just old. However, it happens on even shows that are just released. So frustrating for what uses to be a great brand name.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I would have liked a larger screen, I must say this one has a beautiful picture. The color and resolution are awesome. Even under bright light conditions the picture remains brilliantly crystal clear. The remote is aesthetically designed with a smooth flat style that does not slip off the table and onto the floor like the older model did frequently due to its curved shape. I haven't had the opportunity to focus much on the security features but do like the Samsung account log on and the virus scan ability.
