The sound from the tv is decent but I opted to go with a sound bar for better overall enjoyment. Picture quality is what you'd expect from Samsung tvs sharp colors and contrast from light to dark. My one dislike is the tiny remote, not sure if this is done to cut cost down or just make it harder to use and navigate systems and channels. If you have hands the size of a toddler then may be suitable but honestly is a joke for such a nice tv. I'm just getting use to the Samsung tv format and Channel selections but it seems to offer a lot of choice yet it's to early to decide if it's worth using much over other streaming options we use regularly.

The only cure is to unplug the TV and plug it back in. The firestick is new with new batteries so I know its not the problem. Love to hear from you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should have purchased something else because the remote is beyond clunky and the home screen is so cluttered with unusable apps, I just don't get it. Picture and resolution are fine. Sound does not match the lip movement on most channels especially older movies but on my tablet sound is not a problem. Just look at the remote, 50% of it is blank from the YouTube button down to Samsung logo... nothing. There's no fast forward or backwards, you piggy back 3 or 4 functions on a button, and if there are online directions, how would I know about them. Sorry to be critical but you asked. I don't expect you to post this because it is what you want customers to know. I'm stuck with it, though.

It came with Samsung TV (which is just like cable tv) I can download apps, I can connect my phone, my portable speaker can connect.. it's just an awesome tv. It has lots of settings to change the brightness, the resolution, the vibrancy, also. It has a setting for gaming which makes the graphics clearer, and the security features are great. Really glad I bought it.

However, the remote Sucks and absolutely needs like we always have had the digit 09 so a person can change channels directly from a 62 to 5 without going through all the channels and then you have a channel lag every time change channels You have to wait for the channels twocatch up, it would be a lot more enjoyable viewing experience with a 09 keypad
