So that's a bummer. Other then that, a beautiful picture, easy to set up, menu is easy to navigate. Would recommend to a friend to buy

Now I'm not saying this will happen to you but unfortunately whenever that happens I have to turn my tv off and turn it back on to get that crackling sound to stop. Other than that I love this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently picked up the Samsung 65" U7900FD Crystal UHD TV, and I am seriously impressed. The 4K picture quality is absolutely stunning—everything is incredibly sharp, and the Crystal Processor does a fantastic job upscaling older content so it looks crisp. The colors are super vibrant and lifelike, and when you watch anything in HDR10+, the contrast and depth really make the scenes pop. ​The design is another huge plus. It has this sleek, premium "MetalStream" frame with practically no bezels, so it looks amazing on the wall and just blends right into the room without being distracting. Plus, the Tizen smart platform is incredibly smooth and easy to navigate. Having quick access to all my favorite streaming apps, the Gaming Hub for cloud gaming, and a ton of free channels on Samsung TV Plus right out of the box is awesome. ​Even the little details are great, like the built-in SmartThings hub for managing smart home devices right from the screen and the Knox security keeping everything protected. If you want a massive, gorgeous 4K display with high-end features and a great interface without dropping thousands on a flagship, this TV is an absolute home run.

The vibrant colors make nature shows seem like you are right there in the forest, desert or mountains. The Samsung TV Plus channels are a welcome bonus and offer a nice variety of programs to choose from. Lastly, this TV is an amazing value for the price. The negatives: The remote and menus for setting are very confusing, as the remote has been streamlined TOO much. The internal speaker does not interact with the sound bar we purchased, even though it was supposed to be compatible with our TV. It loses connection with the sound bar, then when it re-establishes the connection and we go to watch a Samsung TV Plus, a VERY loud and jarring sound effect plays through the sound bar

After looking at a view models I found that this one had the best display and to me, the best sound. After using it for a while I am completely satisfied with the purchase. The colors are great and frame rate for my games is excellent. The ability to add my streaming accounts and lock access to them was also good.

I can link my TV to my Samsung phone remote and control the TV. I can use my TV with my computer and the contrast is perfect. I am going to purchase Samsung Tv's for every room, and plan of filling my horse with all Samsung products. I have purchased a Samsung washers & dryer, a refrigerator , microwave, and3 Samsung TV's already.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I was happy with my purchase, the colors are bold, bright, with resolution is sharp. TV functionality can be slow at times. I like that I can watch local news stations, that was a cool discovery after I purchased my TV. But approximately 3 months after my purchase, the speakers in the TV sound busted! The sound is awful at times. Voices vibrate and sound robotic at times. Background noise and music is even worse. It's odd because it's not constant and the volume of my TV never changes, so I'm not sure what caused the issue. While the speakers don't sound distorted, they do majority of the time, it's so distracting and hard to watch at times. I'm so disappointed, I'll never buy another Samsung TV. Don't waste your money on something you'll likely have to replace sooner than later. I gave this TV a 2 because the speakers should have lasted longer than 3 months. Had my speakers not broken I probably would have rated this TV a 4.
