[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I like the TV itself, if I pause a show for a few minutes it knocks me completely off by the time I come back then I have to go back to the app and get back to my show. I find that very annoying. And it doesn't have Pandora available. I hooked up a Roku device to solve these problems. But other than that I really like the TV itself, great picture! I still give it 4 stars. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is the "pausing" issue.

After the 1.5 hr. set up process, we are happy with the picture quality and especially the tv speakers. Had to use a soundbar with others TV's in the past. Also, for older people, the remote is very small, hard to use with arthritic hands! Buttons very small, also the color of the remote. No discernible colors to know what button is what. So, my suggestion is,,,, don't forget there are people out there older than 55 and need some adjustments made to there electronics! We are still alive and trying to thrive!

I would prefer to have numbers in order get to my favorite stations quickly. Right now when I turn on the TV, it goes to 4000+ station - Stingray Greatest Hits. That was totally unexpected and not appreciated. In addition, when I press down on the channel button, it doesn't stay there. It quickly closes out and I have to press it several more times before it actually stays on "All" the channels.

I'm old enough to remember the switch from black and white to color TVs when I'd watch the screen just for the color! This is like it but so much more! The Samsung replaces a TV with a 30" screen. While it was HD, it was 16 years old and not as sharp as it once was. This Samsung is light years better! The pictures are so crisp and clear. I keep finding details that I can't believe that I can see. My biggest problem is that my dogs and I want to watch more TV than we should just to enjoy the picture and sound from my Samsung! The setup was easy and had user-friendly and intuitive steps.  I like starting at the Samsung home page.  Overall, this Samsung is a delight to setup and to watch!
