Bought October 2025, had two TV techs from my internet provider between Oct 2025 & June 2026. They got it to get WiFi signal, but I still can't get it to load streaming apps. Just viewing apps….no games, etc. So, it's still a dead TV. Have scheduled a pickup of this piece of trash for disposal. And please….I own 3 smart TVs but never encountered these problems. I tell everybody I encounter not to buy Samsung TVs. AND, why you need me to repeat my email address. It is registered with you & you used it to send this email? See what I mean about convoluted!?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv has an excellent picture. It is crisp and vibrant. The speakers in the tv aren't the best, has some weird sounds when a lot of action is on tv. I hooked it up to soundbar so all good there. All in all I am happy with tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only wish about our new TV is: I wish it was not a "smart" TV. My set up is a cable box (Xfinity), a receiver (Sony) and of course, 55" Samsung. With my prior Samsung I was able to use the cable remote for everything including going directly to Xfinity cable without using the Samsung remote. Now, to go to cable, I have to first turn cable, receiver and TV on using the cable remote, but then I need the Samsung remote to go to Xfinity cable. It's okay for me to do it but if I'm not here it would be too much for my wife to handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biggest complaint is lack of available video and audio inputs. On board speakers are not very good. Tv software is better than the last generation of Samsung but is still slow. But for price, TV is large and picture is excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a mobile home with a 14 × 30 living room. I was afraid the 65" might be too large, but low a ND behold , it is perfect. I am 79 yrs old a d reading T V screen can be tough sometimes. I sit at the far end of the room and don't miss a thing. Also the sound is great. I still look behind me occasionally because I hear things I didn't hear previously. Thanks Bill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is great, especially for the price. Connected seamlessly to the Samsung sound bar, and makes a great home theatre experience. The color is fully saturated, and the contrast is good. The 4K picture quality from my 4K Disc player is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Smart TV and confusing as I found it, as complex the settings and adjustments, I found the picture quality to be stunning, the ease of discovering endless forms of enterainment awe inspiring. I cannot compare the Samsung to any other devices since I've never known any other. I can only marvel at the difference between this TV and my old TV monitor. Words fail me.
