[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote that it comes with has to be directly ponted at the sensor which causes a delayed reaction from the TV or sometimes it doesn't even know you pressed anything on the remote. Also, it has no voice button so you have to scroll and type everything in when you want to search for something. On the positive side, the way the tv syncs with my galaxy s21 is flawless. It works better as a tv remote than with the remote the tv comes with.

I had recently bought a roku 50" with three years warranty that after one year the screen went completely black lines and they wouldn't honor the warranty! We purchased this TV on a Black Friday deal and have regretted it ever since. If you are looking for a TV for streaming, this isn't the one. If the people in the show are doing any more than just sitting there, the picture gets very pixelated. I've contact samsung for help and was told the show was just old. However, it happens on even shows that are just released. So frustrating for what uses to be a great brand name.

Don't buy this TV if you watch sports. Everything has tracers and not clear during a game. The 60 refresh rate is wholly Insufficient. Idk how you can make a tv that literally doesn't show a clear picture. I understand the price Point but as consumer I am counting on th tv to show a clear picture, not the best but clear. This tv does NOT do that. I have a 65” TCL with the same 60 refresh rate and NEVER has this problem. If I could do it over I would spend whatever is needed to get at least a 120 refresh rate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with the remote. It is severely limited in terms of controlling a number of aspects. I just don't understand the consistent move to try to make the remotes so small and in the process eliminate a number of great features. It is nearly impossible to control recordings with the standard Samsung remove for example. It also seems fairly difficult to add Directv streaming to the regular streaming services. The UI for regular people is very important!!
