Bummer this version has no Find My Ear Bud alerts

Purchased at Sams and good value and quality. However, app is hard to use and to find the correct model number. They are all called Open Air but not reference to the model number T511 - had to call customer service to match to correct user manual. SADLY this version DOES NOT have find my ear bud chime like their other versions. I may return as this was a commonly used feature on my apple pair. Good product but features, app and customer support could be enhanced.....

They're okay if you don't use them

I recently bought these as a reward for training for another race and was really disappointed. They don't feel secure, half the time they don't actually charge and the touch area is iffy. Trying to decide if I just got a bad batch or if they're actually just that bad.

I purchased these earbuds because I wear hearing aids inside my ear and didn't want to add anything else inside my ear. I wanted the open ear style. I'm basically happy with the quality of the sound and the way they fit and work but

Heaven for sore ears

I have inflammation in the cartilage of my ears making it impossible to wear air pods, ear buds anything going into my ears and around my ears. . . Until now, the Shokz open ear listening has transformed my world. I have worn them the whole day and no pain! Thank you Shokz for this amazing invention

Solid Ear Buds/ but Old Gen was Better

The only reason I bought the new OpenFit Air was because I accidentally ran my previous pair through the washing machine for nearly two hours. I figured they were done for and immediately bought a replacement for work. After letting the old pair dry out, they ended up working perfectly and still do a month or two later. Honestly, if I had never used the older model, I'd probably rate the OpenFit Air four or even five stars. But after comparing them side by side, this new generation feels like a step backward in a few key areas. I work in I.T. and regularly switch between three devices: my desktop and the two mobile devices I carry around during the day. I also use the earbuds one at a time so one can charge while the other keeps going. With that setup, comfort and smooth device switching matter a lot. The updated metallic design looks nice, but some of the redesign choices don't actually help. The battery used to sit near the earlobe, and now it's built into the main housing of the earbud. The new rubberized loop looks good, but the change in weight throws off the balance. The older pair sat on my ear more naturally and felt more secure. The fit is where I notice the biggest change. The older model was so comfortable I'd forget I was even wearing it. This new version has a slight pinch. It's not painful, and I stop noticing it after a while, but it's still a step down in comfort. Switching between devices is also more touchy than it used to be. When I go back to my desktop, which is my third Bluetooth device, I often have to toggle Bluetooth or re-pair the earbuds to get them to connect. The older pair wasn't perfect either, but they handled switching better than this. I was also disappointed that Shokz still hasn't added wireless charging to the case. At this point it feels like something that should be standard. Overall, the OpenFit Air works fine, but the previous version set a stronger baseline. The changes in this model make it feel like a downgrade in comfort, balance, and device switching compared to the older one. Happy enough with purchase to keep and use almost daily

Just ok

They are very cute and while I agree they are lightweight they sit very odd on my ear and they hurt. Overall I was not very impressed. They do stay on fine when you run but im not so much of a runner that having to tap my normal buds back in completely derails my run.

Poor battery life

Sound quality is good and it fits well. Do not like that it doesn't talk (tell you battery life, etc) you have to download the app and check. Also has terrible battery life. Too many times I've used it a few times for a short runs and it's dead. My old $30 one lasted 3x as long

Buying 2nd pair!

I was given these as an award at work, never wore them since I was skeptical of wearing a wrap-around earpiece - I have small ears %26 work out. After my ear buds were 'taken', I had no choice. Great sound! Takes a bit of adjustment getting them on (small ears) however once on - they were VERY comfortable - even working out! Unfortunately, they were so comfortable didn't realize I lost 1 while wearing it! :-( Still...going to buy another pair :-)
