They are very hard to answer the phone, I end up hanging up instead of being able to answer the call. I can’t make calls from them or send text messages.

They are comfy and have great sound quality but I am having problems staying connected to a call on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I can answer the call but I’ll be in the middle of the conversation and it switches back to the phone.

Overall open fit wireless is very comfortable you would tend to forget that you are wearing one. Sound probably needs improvement likewise the sensitivity and clarity of the microphone.

The fit takes a little getting used to if U have not ever worn earpieces of this type, but the sound and clarity are actually really good. Surprisingly good bass response, and for phone calls they work really well.

They are so comfortable and light that I forget that I have them on. I have bought 4 pairs in the last month for myself and gifts. The sound is so clear. These are by far the best product I have bought. So happy with the purchase!

I love my Shokz! I often forget that I am even using them because they are so comfortable. I can hear what I want to listen to but also enough if the outside noise to be safe. They don’t bounce around or fall off. This won’t be my last pair.

These are fantastic, I received them as a holiday gift and I've used them non-stop since. The sound is great for my audiobooks and podcasts and I can still hear what's happening around me.

I have a pair of the openrun shokz that I like a lot but these are definitely the new favorite! They are so light and stay out through a run or workout. The sound seems even better.

They worked great for the 1st week thn, the charging box isn't keeping charge, and the left ear pc i have to go into bluetooth for it to connect manually. Otherwise great. I'm contacting the company.

Picked these over the openrun pro based on sound. Do wish they had physical buttons or at least one more button/function so I could use volume up/down, skip, reverse, pause/play and voice assistant all without a configuration change.
