I am onto my second pair of these headphones. The first pair I had stopped working during its 3rd use. The headphones would beep and skip songs and change volume on their own (up and all the way down) so badly that I couldn't use them anymore. Got a second pair and they have been working but just the other day they are starting to do that again. Other than that, I like them a lot. But with these glitch issues, you can't use them at all and it's frustrating for the price you pay.

Wanted to give these a try after having used open run for almost 7 years. If you want to use multi pair you need the app. I didn't even know there was an app. It easily walked me through how to do it. They're super lightweight, enough that I was a little paranoid about them falling out, but they're actually very secure. I dislike is that they need to sit inside your ear, which means I can't use at work because I use a stethoscope, and I can't use with earplugs at the gym. So for work and gym, I need to continue using my open run set. That's my only reason for knocking off the star…because it works how it is intended to but not as well as the open run. Had I never used open run these would be a 5 star for sure.

Great product, comfortable, light. Sound is slightly muffled compared to the Open Air Mini but doing housework (anything other than vacuuming) the sound is pretty good. I don't see how you can wear earplugs with these to maximize the sound like you would with the bone conduction version. For me, I'm just not sure about these. Got them as an alternative to the Air mini bone conduction but these give vmcreate a complete shut out for me (like over the ear headphones do) and that is not my comfortable for me (it's an auditory thing for me, not a product thing). The app is way to download and use. Probably returning.

The sound is excellent. Listening to music is a pleasure as lower frequencies are present and the tonal balance (highs, minds, lows) is good, with nothing needing to be over-emphasized to compensate for anything missing. The sound quality during phone conversations is excellent as well with good balance and clarity. The upsides and downsides of the open-ear design are something to consider. There is no isolation for what you're listening to, so whatever sound is happening around you in your environment can be heard as well. Traffic, people talking, the ambient sound in an airplane when you're flying - it all can be heard while wearing these. You decide if that's a good thing (you're not isolated from your environment) or a bad thing (you're not isolated from your environment). I think these do a remarkable job in accomplishing their goal. The quality of sound for both music and the human voice is excellent and they function well for phone calls, music, etc. . They're comfortable as well. They do not isolate you from what's around you; if that's a requirement for you, these may not be your best choice. Otherwise, I highly recommend them.

First, I love these. But there are a few draw backs. One is the volume - I use these in work meetings and phone calls in the office or car. I've had the volume all the way up and it's still hard to hear at times. Ultimately I love these things because they've never fallen out (mountain biking, gym, etc). They're comfortable and forget they're even in sometimes. The battery life is insanely good! The dual BT feature is seamless and a game changer. Case and earpieces quality are perfect.

I originally bought my wife the first generation of After Shokz and she has loved them but the battery doesn't seem to hold a charge anymore so on our 27th anniversary (june21) I purchased her the open air and…. Wow she loves them, the sound is amazing and light weight and she loves the pink

I was looking for some open-ear earbuds with the hope that these would replace some in-ear earbuds that I already use for teaching yoga online, running, just wearing around, etc. Where these really excel is sound quality. Where they fall short is how securely they stay in place on my ears when I wear them and move around a lot (such as during teaching yoga). I'm keeping them because I love how they sound and will use them for work and other less active activities. I'm not confident enough in them staying in place to trail run with them across streams or teach yoga with them. One other minor issue is that it's easier to inadvertently bump the "controls" on the buds than with other Shokz headsets that I've had, unintentionally pausing/playing/adjusting volume.

I have always used this type of headphones. I practice cycling outdoors and have had bad experiences, that's why I bought this device with a guarantee that does not last more than 6 months and is damaged by sweat. I would like to know if I have the full 100% guarantee on the product.

I've been wearing these for over a month now and am truly impressed by the comfort of wear and ease of manipulating the touch/tap use, and how it connects fluidly to the app in my iPhone, MacBook Pro 13" M1, and my iPad Pro. I have even found they are relatively easy-ish to sleep with making it possible to turn them into sleep-buds with white noise or 'sleep sounds' they are almost perfect for side sleeping too. I am a caregiver to my parents and sleep near them so this has been great for me to nap, or do work, while hearing them for safety and health. I also wear thick tortoiseshell glasses and have no problem wearing. I put the earbuds on first and then my glasses. Easy. The only thing that might be amazing is if they could make these as a full back of head/neck option if a person doesn't want their ear 'tired' from such things hanging over ear in this way. Sometimes I prefer that to this design-type. HOWEVER I REALLY LOVE THESE. (wished they came in purple or lavender 🥰 )

I have 2 pairs of shockz. They are absolutely the best product I have ever bought. I bought a pair for all 4 of my children and their spouses. I bought them for the kids when they were in college. I love that they could hear their surroundings but had absolute amazing sound. I was always worried about them walking on campus with other headphones and they could not hear someone walking behind them or a car horn. It's the best product and makes my kids feel safe. Every christmas, I bring a wrap pair for our gift exchange and everyone always fights over them.
