I love the feel and the sound, but the left earbud sometimes won't work. I've tried resetting and recharging, but can't figure out the cause. Sometimes it works great.

and it doesn't obstruct my ear canals and causing irritation. Fidelity and stereo are great. Highly recommend!

I use them every day to go on my walks and battery life is amazing. I received them two weeks ago and I have only charged them once.

Poor sound quality...weak base and too much treble. I came from using Powerbeats Pro and these are a significant downgrade. Going to return these ASAP and spend the extra $150 for another pair of quality earbuds.

These ear buds are REALLY comfortable, and the sound is beautiful. I got white so I can find them in my bag when I need them. I can wear them while leaning into a pillow on the couch. Very handy.

The on/off instructions are very lacking. The call answer/end instructions are lacking. The product is SUPERIOR to anything l have ever used in the past

These are super comfortable and fit very well. But they don't get nearly loud enough. I can imagine that when you're active and there's lots of background noise, these will be easily overpowered.

I love Shokz headphones and this pair is pretty cool. My only complaint is if you have small ears the part that directs music in your ears presses on the side of your ear in, any position, and can leave it sore after awhile.

These are great. The sound is good and they are comfortable. Unfortunately I have tiny ears and even with this design they are precarious. And I haven't figured out the controls, I need buttons.

While wearing these at work and if I'm sweating and bending forward they have a tendency to start slipping off my ear, othet than that I like that the sound is very good and the microphone picks up my voice, people say they can hear me better
