They are also both crunchy if you decide to bite down on them and melt in your mouth soft because after just a few seconds of a Veggie puff coming into contact with any side or your mouth they begin to dissolve. This fast dissolve process is what gives me peace of mind when I give them to my toddler. Plus, they are made with organic cauliflower, corn, onions, garlic, and carrots, and are artificial flavor and gluten free.

Unfortunately, with that you are losing in flavor. The are light and have some crunch, but they are rather bland. My 3-year-old has no interest which is unfortunate because I’d rather him eat these over the alternatives.

We hadn't ever tried these but since they are organic and made with real cheese and veggies we decided to try them. They were a huge hit! She loves them. They have 4 different kinds of veggies and cheese, have no artificial flavors and the veggies were not grown using any pesticides which is a huge bonus. I like knowing what is going into our bodies and these are a great healthy snack for your little ones.
