I have several pair of Sam's leggings purchased in the past. The ones I just ordered, are AWFUL! The fit is so odd. It says high waisted, but they're not really - don't even know how to describe them other than very odd - they feel loose yet too small at the same time?? My past pairs are 2 dfferent sizes, so I ordered both, and both sizes have the same really odd fit. ☹️

These are AMAZING! I LOVE the feel and comfort of these. Granted, I have only worn them once, but have already gotten 2 more pair in 2 other colors. I highly recommend these. I will say that they're not as high rise as stated, which I prefer anyways. They are compression, so if you like them not so tight, you might want to go up a size. I prefer them tighter. I'm really impressed with the quality, as well as the value. GREAT BUY!! I hope that Sam's will keep these around.

I love these leggings, especially for the price point. I'm 5'5", so the ankle length is the perfect length for me. I bought these in black, navy, and grey. I do wear them to the gym and the side pockets are perfect for holding my phone and keys while working out. The pockets will hold a large phone and are deep enough where it won't stick out the top. They can have a tendency to roll, but I have noticed that now that I've lost a little bit of weight, they don't roll very often. They are not see through at all. They are nice enough that I can wear them to work with a dressy top or sweater.

It is your average legging. What is nice about it is the high waist and the side pockets - you can put your cell phone there. Although it is being advertised as an ankle length legging, it feels more like a full length legging. I'm a 5 ft. 5 in. tall and I wear a size medium. I wish the product were made of a natural material like cotton instead of a synthetic one.

Agree with all the otehr reviews. I used to by the old style and they were great! These ones are awful! Roll down, dont stay up while working out. Not to mention, I bought grey ones in the exact same size as the black and they dont even cover my butt. Make that make sense ...

Pros: They look nice and are comfortable. Cons: I have other athletic leggings from Members Mark and they were pretty good quality. These however, are thinner and I think will wear out relatively soon. The worst aspect of these leggings is that the waist rolls every time you bend over or sit down. When I work out, I constantly need to pull them up. I'm not going to send them back, but I wouldn't buy them again.

Yes- they roll down if you don't hike them **all** the way up. I tried a pair when they were on sale and have worn them twice, washed them once. They do not appear to be of the pilling variety, have great cell phone pockets and are very smoothing/slimming. Also they are not polyester/spandex. They are nylon/spandex which I prefer. Beware: they are better for cooler weather, but fine in warmer weather too. For $7 to $10 bucks- you can't really go wrong here.

I have the previous version of these that have a thicker top to them (more of a seam at the top edge). I noticed these new ones didn't have that, but I figured I'd give them a try. Although they have a smoother look and make my butt look nice, they do fold down when leaning over, which the other ones do not do. They also seem to run a bit smaller, but I feel like they would really fall down if I got a bigger size. I will keep them, but miss the old version.

I purchased two pairs of these in May 2025 and absolutely loved them. The material was thick, had good stretch, and offered a nice level of compression. Now in Nov. 2025, I ordered another pair in a different color, expecting them to be the same, especially since I used my previous purchase to navigate to the item. However, the product has clearly changed. The new pair is very thin, shorter, and noticeably flimsy. I'm 5'4" and 120 lbs, and I originally bought a medium because the previous material offered a comfortable, lightly compressive fit. In the new version, the medium was so large that I would need an XS. I'm not sure why Sam's changed the quality from what they had this summer, but I will be returning these. So sand I didn't get more in May.

I used to buy these leggings a lot. Recently they changed the cut and the material. The backmused to have a rounded seam above the glutes, now it is a straight diagonal seam and hit the body weird and doesnt allow then to fit right. They are lower in the back than the front which causes pulling and the waist to slip down and roll. Worst leggings ever. They need to bring the Work It Out leggings back, they were the best.
