Nothing wrong with the milk but the milk jug design is horrible! I’ve said this in previous surveys not expecting a response and didn’t get one! Why can’t the jugs be designed where you can grasp the lid and unscrew it? Then 9 times out if 10 the thing you have to peel back is glued so tight you have to get a knife to cut it off. Sam’s is the only store I’ve seen with this worrisome jug design. That said I love my Sam’s! I shop there at least twice a week Please

PLEASE redesign the packaging of these milk containers!! They are ridiculously difficult to open and then you aren't even able to get the last bit of the milk out because of such a flawed design. We buy 2-3 gallons of milk a week and it's enough to make me shop elsewhere.

Don’t like container but milk is good. This milk bottle design is made to make it easier to transport and display in the store. Unfortunately it has its drawbacks. I find it harder to pour as it changes the balance of pouring into a cup. Although it has a sealed plastic freshness seal under the cap, it sometimes develops an opening and if the bottle tips over while driving home, it leaks. I have wrestled many a seal off to open this milk but I have also had several puddles of milk when the bottle has tipped. The cap seems to lack the ability to seal the bottle. My last design complaint is pouring out the last of the milk. This requires holding the bottle upside down and kind of shaking it. There is no downward slope to get the last of it out.

Really enjoy this milk, especially for my 2 year old, but recently we've noticed it spoiling fast after purchase even though the BB date is fine. This last purchase, a Full jug was thrown out after my toddler experienced vomiting and diarrhea, after tasting it it was sour.

Ridiculous looking container, embarrassed when my mother-in-law asks over the holiday “what is that......... (awkward pause)?!” Dear Sam’s Club, I’m sure some analyst predicted by switching to this container it would save $0.07 per gallon in cost(s) and shipping blah blah blah and it probably does add up to millions over the course of a year. But it looks stupid. I won’t buy it now that my mother in law thinks it’s weird. It’s easier for me to switch where I buy milk than switch mother in laws............(awkward pause for effect).

I really wish they would change the container of the milk. I actually buy my milk elsewhere unless I’m in a hurry only because the container is obnoxious and trying to get the seal off under cap is really not fun! The milk is good though but the container and price it’s just not worth it to me.
