I really wish they would change the container of the milk. I actually buy my milk elsewhere unless I’m in a hurry only because the container is obnoxious and trying to get the seal off under cap is really not fun! The milk is good though but the container and price it’s just not worth it to me.

Nothing wrong with the milk if you go through gallons quickly. As a family of four, we can go through milk fairly quickly, but the expiration on the Sam's Club mill is a lot sooner than milk that we can get from other stores (like Kroger owned stores, Aldi, etc.). For that reason, we are very careful about when we buy milk from Sam's.

We go through ALOT of milk,,,,5-6 gallons a week... Farmers!!! LOL I love the smaller,taller more compact jug, however; trying to get the lid off is a bit challenging, and sometimes it is hard to get the last of the milk out. I think that if the neck was a bit taller, it would be "OK", a little funny looking, (that's why I'm a farmer, not a designer lol) but I do love that it takes up less room in my fridge. Im not one to throw away a new idea or design, I know to save money, and to help the consumer save time and space are all in one idea, but this one needs to go back to the drawing board. Ridiculous looking container, embarrassed when my mother-in-law asks over the holiday “what is that......... (awkward pause)?!” Dear Sam’s Club, I’m sure some analyst predicted by switching to this container it would save $0.07 per gallon in cost(s) and shipping blah blah blah and it probably does add up to millions over the course of a year. But it looks stupid. I won’t buy it now that my mother in law thinks it’s weird. It’s easier for me to switch where I buy milk than switch mother in laws............(awkward pause for effect).

PLEASE redesign the packaging of these milk containers!! They are ridiculously difficult to open and then you aren't even able to get the last bit of the milk out because of such a flawed design. We buy 2-3 gallons of milk a week and it's enough to make me shop elsewhere.

I buy a lot of milk. 4 gallons a week. for the last 2 months, 2 of those gallons is spoiled or going spoiled. im fixing to start bringing the gallons back or start opening them in the store before i buy them!! I love my milk, and i can't afford to ciss my money away!!! And bring back 1%milk!

Really enjoy this milk, especially for my 2 year old, but recently we've noticed it spoiling fast after purchase even though the BB date is fine. This last purchase, a Full jug was thrown out after my toddler experienced vomiting and diarrhea, after tasting it it was sour.

I always buy milk product from Sam’s club and I am very happy and enjoying this products.

Good price but the shape bugs me

Milk is fine but as a plus member, Sam’s is asking for too much money
