Milk spoiled at least 5 days before date on jug. The seal is also sometimes difficult to open and sometimes just falls apart without completely opening.

I purchased the milk on April 6. We began using it on April 7 and by the 9th it was sour (expiration date is the 16th). Very disappointing especially since the price is higher at Sam’s Club!

From the first day this milk was gross. My husband and children complained from day 1. It did not outdate, but I threw it out after 5 days. No one would drink it. I won't buy it again. No matter the price.

I got this milk over the weekend and the use by date was aug 11. We opened today and both jugs that I got where bad already. Tasted sour and had white stuff floating in it.

Don't buy this specific jug. The milk is great, but the jug and the seal tabs are terrible. I buy 20 at a time for my business. But when I saw this were back, I haven't purchased any. 18 out 20 tabs break and the other 2 are extremely difficult to open. We just end up using a knife to open these. Also pouring out of them sucks and they leak a lot, even when new and "sealed"

This is the third gallon that turns sour on us after a few days since Sams introduced the new jug design and the walk-in fridge concept I'm no longer a fan of Sams milk, they used to have this refrigerated area where you can open the glass door and take the product out and the only time the main access door was open is when the workers came to stock up more products, now they have this huge room with a wide-open access door that stays open all day long, the same with the produce and fruit room(mostly grapes and berries) after a few days the fruit looks like it's been sitting there for weeks and to make matters worse you need to go inside wearing a jacket or sweat shrirt because is very uncomfortable.

Over the last few months I’ve noticed this milk is getting a weird smell to it before the expiration date and I’ve had to dump several gallons down the drain. I’ve bought milk from a few other places in that timeframe and it’s not happening with theirs. Y’all changed something because I never used to have this issue.

Have never had an issue with the milk itself.. always tastes fine and within expiration time.. however, the just design is terrible!! Just purchased 3 gallons and couldn’t open any! Had to poke holes in plastic and pour into another container. Need a new design!

This has been our favorite for years. We live an hour away so I buy 4-5 gallons at a time and freeze them. The containers used by sams allow for easy freezing. I have never had any problems freezing this milk and thawing. The last 4 I purchased, when thawed, the milk completely separated, clabbered and nothing would reconstitute it. I have never experienced ANY milk doing this to this extent. ESPECIALLY sams brand!! Cheap brands have differing degrees of separation during thaw that is remedied by shaking the container a few times during the thaw process and once thawed. Sadly, I guess we are back to buying Bordens. I will say that I will try again with 1 gallon to see if it was just this batch. 🤞

The Milk spoiled by 11-25-19 and the sell by date was 11-27-19. My refrigerator keeps things in the mid 30 deg. This isn't the first one to do this. Sam's mishandles the storage and shipping. This could kill someone because of the bacteria that grows in milk.
