We are regular purchasers of this milk. I am wondering why the extra seal under the cap has to be made of bulletproof material? Most of the time, the plastic pull tab comes off long before the glue on the seal gives up. I usually resort to a knife to poke, cut and pry the seal off finally! I'm wondering if this extra seal that seems to be absent on most brands of milk might be made such that mere mortals could remove it without the aid of tools?????

Love the milk, will no loner buy this. Why?? Because the new shape of the bottle will not fit in my standard french door refrigerator. Now I have to buy my milk somewhere else and pay more because of a redesign. How many other people will no longer be able to buy because of the new design. I really hope it goes back to the traditional gallon jug. Unacceptable

The milk tastes good, but this design is terrible. The handle has sharp corners. I have been cut. It is also hermetically sealed. You usually can't just pull off the seal with the flap that sticks up that is meant for this purpose. I usually have to stab it with a knife and then pull it off. It is good to have some protection but not to this level. Also the spout is in an awkward place where it does not pour well. Pleas fix this or return to the old jugs that are like any other brand.

The milk itself is good but getting it open is often a hassle. The plastic part of the seal rips off so I have to stab and then cut it off with a knife. Today I couldn't even get the cap off so I cut the side and am working on slowly using a funnel to pour it from there into another gallon while trying to minimize spillage. From now on I'll either make sure the cap comes off in-store before buying or just buy milk elsewhere.

Not all the milk easily comes out of the jug at the end of the gallon. The top is hard to unscrew, especially with any hand weakness or arthritis. Stopped buying milk here as a result. However, pictures now show a typical gallon look, so may have changed design

Milk was fine. Container was atrocious!!! Impossible to get the cap off.

Has good taste..i think exp date should be more thank a week..but still good
