PLEASE redesign the packaging of these milk containers!! They are ridiculously difficult to open and then you aren't even able to get the last bit of the milk out because of such a flawed design. We buy 2-3 gallons of milk a week and it's enough to make me shop elsewhere.

It's almost never in stock. Milk is a staple. I'd prefer skim or 1%, but you stopped having that and I was left with only 2% or whole. Adults do not need whole milk. I need milk as part of my diet for the protein, but again, you never have it. I pay a fee to be able to buy products from your club. You should have what I want/need most of the time. About 75% of the time you do not have it. You have dozens of liquid milks- why can't you keep 2% milk available?????? It's a staple for many people, not only me I'm sure!

We go through ALOT of milk,,,,5-6 gallons a week... Farmers!!! LOL I love the smaller,taller more compact jug, however; trying to get the lid off is a bit challenging, and sometimes it is hard to get the last of the milk out. I think that if the neck was a bit taller, it would be "OK", a little funny looking, (that's why I'm a farmer, not a designer lol) but I do love that it takes up less room in my fridge. Im not one to throw away a new idea or design, I know to save money, and to help the consumer save time and space are all in one idea, but this one needs to go back to the drawing board. Has good taste..i think exp date should be more thank a week..but still good

Bought it online and picked up at club but the Milk tasted sour.

We’ve had 3 gallons go bad well before the expiration date.

Always fresh. We love the container, no leaks
