Freshness did not last as long as milk from the grocery store. I also hate the design of the bottle, as many others have mentioned

I buy this milk all the time. I like the bottle design and the seal under the cap. I have never had the milk go bad before the expiration date.

We have observed last few times that the milk has been going bad about two to three days prior to the expiry date. Any suggestions.

Milk is same as other brands. Container fits great in the door where it's supposed to be. Lid screws off. Drink more milk and you'll have the strength to get it off. No problems.

Please change the design of the jug. The seal often comes off and gets stuck to the inside of the cap before we even open them. Also, if you store them sideways, milk leaks all over.

Can easily fit four gallons in our fridge where were used to only fit three of the traditional style jugs. And they made drastic improvements on the pull-tab, which is now easily removed!

The top was so tight that wife had to use a screw driver to poke holes in it and put in another container. The next one I bought I needed to use pliers to open it. I'll buy somewhere else until they change it.

The torque on the cap is too tight. Makes it almost impossible to open sometimes. I need to use plier to open the cap. Otherwise milk quality is good.

what a a bunch of whiners. here you’ve got great fresh milk at a loss leader price and all they can do is complain about the container? thank you Sam’s . whiners ought to go T0 7-11 for milk. I’ll stick with Sam’s

Why is Sam's taking out branded products and replacing with members mark or unknown brands?.. most of the items are gone. I would shop at Sam's because you carried branded ones at much cheaper prices But now items itself go missing!!!
