I bought this for my king size bed that I had no box spring under. Was really uncomfy. Got this and was intimidated by it because of the need to put it together.. it was SO SIMPLE to do. Took me 30 minutes with interruptions. I love how it's just one piece and easy to move and wash the cover.

Full disclosure, I thought this thing would come assembled. IT DIDN'T. But no problem. The instructions were clear on how to put it together. My wife and I did it in no time at all. The construction of it makes it very sturdy, and easy to move. I like that it is lighter, but stronger than my old box spring, which I felt tore and cracked all the time if I moved it. I wish the top side had a litlte more resistance to it to keep the mattress on top from shifting. But it's not a deal breaker at all. I love it.

While the final product is very good, the assembly took quite a bit of time. The zippered wrap was almost too much for us. We struggled for over an hour to get it to fit, and not break the zipper. Seems like a little extra material in the manufacturing process might make this a much better product.

I was hesitant to order this box spring, as I am terrible at assembling things. However, the directions were very easy to follow and I put it together in about 30 minutes without any help. It fit perfectly on my daughter's queen-sized bed frame. I would definitely recommend this product as a cheap alternative to a traditional box spring.

Good product for tight spaces or up steps, because you assemble the frame of the "box". The feel is sort of different. Firmer where the bars are and mattress sinks down a bit more where there isn't something solid. Perhaps this is better used with thick mattresses. Our's are very good quality bunk bed mattresses that wr converted to twim beds.

Arrived in damaged box with no instructions and no bolts for assembly. One support was bent and another cracked. Parts were loose in the box which was torn at one end so badly, support poles were protruding. I can’t imagine it left the warehouse in this condition and if so, FedEx should have refused it! Decided to repair the damage and purchase bolts which was quicker than 3 hours on the phone with Walmart getting transferred from person to person and speaking with a robot or automated chat thing. Will use Amazon in the future for purchases such as this.

When I received the box spring I thought I ordered the wrong item. The box was so small. I found it easy to assemble, it had all I needed. I was very happy it was metal instead of wood. It will be easy to move if necessary. Very happy with my purchase especially since my 7 year old still jumps on the bed.

I purchased this and it was delivered on time and it was easy to put together. The only thing I noticed is the directions as easy as they are, they are not as specific as they can. Otherwise I would recommend this items to anyone who nwwds a box spring.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago to replace my 8-year-old wooden frame box spring which had broken. Being a big guy (6'4" 320lbs), I was looking for a metal frame box spring. The price drew me to this one. This box spring was easy to put together. It is very sturdy. The only downside was that it felt like I could "feel" the metal frame of the box spring through my memory foam mattress. Maybe that was because my mattress is 8-years-old as well. I bought a 3" mattress topper and that fixed that issue.

The product arrived faster than the date given which was fantastic! It was pretty easy to assemble and because of it’s material it will out last any “normal” box spring. It is quite difficult to get the outer covering on but with a little help we did it. I’m completely satisfied.
