this product was well made, an fits it purpose .However, it took HOURS to assemble as there wasn't any illustrations nor INSTRUCTIONS with the product. This was ordered for my granddaughter and shipped to her address and I couldn't help them at all as I was in a different city.

When it showed up in it's long skinny box I wondered what the heck am I going to do with this. I opened the box and started putting it together.it was straight forward simple and took no time at all very sturdy and will out last a wood box spring with not much difference in weight. Highly recommend.

Ordered this metal box spring. Works great. Yes I had to put it together but I know that it is strong and will not break any cheap pine support boards because there aren't any...they are metal. Took me and my daughter about 10 minutes to put it together. Easier with a second person but doable alone if necessary

They are firm, soft and super mega comfortable! They are truly really amazing! So easy to move around at the time to place them in the desired bedroom when they still vacuumed packed and also so easy to unpack them! Do not hesitate to purchase them! I have bought 5 of them! I do recommend them!

I bought this to replace an awful cheap wood box spring that we had because it was just so loud. This one, though metal, doesn't even make a sound. I can honestly say, it has even changed the way the bed feels also. Getting much better nights sleep and may just keep my bed for a bit longer.

The mattress began to loosen the top layer within days of purchase. The side is already feeling like it is broken down. We bought this for my elderly Mom and she thinks we should return it. Really not happy. The box springs came in a relatively small box and were easy to put together. A clever idea, we’ll executed.

I ordered this item because our box spring did not fit up the stairs in my old 1920's home. I ordered is 2 weeks before it actually got to me. I purchased this to support a new foam mattress I just purchased to go on top of a platform bed. Not only was this extremely easy to put together, but it is well made and offers the support needed for a mattress. I would definitely buy this again instead of going to a mattress store to buy one. Was surprised that it came in such a small box. Once my 260lbs , 17yr boy put it together it was exactly what he needed. He has broken 2 box springs in the past 2 yrs. I remove my old bed frame and box mattress and used this in this in it's place.
