Easy to assemble

You have to assemble this yourself - so set aside the space you need to work. Reading some of the old reviews, it seems the company has improved. The diagrams that came with it were on oversized paper so were easy to read. There are stickers on the parts to help you align them correctly. The parts came laid out on a blister card - and were labelled clearly and even had some extra parts. Also it included the tools needed to assemble as well - including a ratchet wrench - which helped for quicker set up. Seems very sturdy and fit our Cal King frame/mattress w/out issue. Cover fit with no issues. I would recommend.

Frame is not a good strong quality boxspring, the smaller metal parts has broken causing the long metal bars to become dislodged from the frame and the company won't back the product. I've emailed all the information I have and their response is "we haven't received the information" I will not be purchasing this brand anymore nor telling my friends about it.....

I have never saw a box spring come in a box and that you have to put it together.

Will not buy a mattress from a website agar.

Extremely ficticous advertisement. Came in a million peices and NO LEGS! Who wants theyre bed laying flat on the ground. So very disappointed in Sams.

I ordered two twin and 2 twin xl . Two twins went together ok BUT one of the twin xl has a section totally bent 1/2 off from one to the other as well as welds are poor quality .

I rate this box spring as fair because it was the cheapest king box I could find, and, you get what you pay for. The box itself is good, just tedious to put together. However, as all the other reviews state, the cloth cover absolutely does not fit. It tears very easily upon trying to get it zipped up and there is NO way that it will close properly otherwise. This was frustrating, time consuming, and upsetting. My husband and I attempted this task (of JUST zipping) for over an hour. We wound up leaving half of it unzipped and just placed a sheet over it to hide the metal. It's not really a huge deal to us but it's not right that the manufacturer doesn't correct this. We're hoping this box does not do any damage to our new mattress...
