This was very easy for a single mom of 4 to put together! I couldn’t believe how easy it was! By the time Dirty Dancing was finished, I had my box spring put together and bed up and ready to sleep in! Would highly recommend.

The cover wouldn’t even come close to zipping over the frame. We had to zip tie it tightly onto the frame because the zipper broke as well. Kind of a pain and can’t really use it as intended. Try a different box spring...

Broke within a year

Customer service is confused, I believe it. Sam's club has always been my go to. I'm very DISAPPOINTED in how I'm being treated. Black & white speaks on paper, even when I'm silenced. Let me start by saying that I did not read the reviews and only looked at the star rating....that's where I went wrong. I thought I was buying an actual box spring! This is a metal frame (with NO springs) that you have to assemble and then put a thin cloth cover over. I was pretty surprised when I came home to the long, thin box on my porch. And even more so when I opened it. If it weren't so cumbersome and heavy, I would have sent it back. Instead, I am donating it and buying a "real" boxspring to go under my daughter's memory foam mattress. Shame on me for not taking the time to read the reviews. I am not likely to make that mistake again.

We needed a 9inch box spring. This one wasn't hard to assemble but did take about an 1.5 hour for the king size frame. The covering could have been an inch or two longer all around. Overall it is very sturdy and that's what we were looking for. Can't beat the price either.

Do NOT purchase this box spring. I repeat, do NOT purchase this box spring. It is pain the a** to put together and then the bars are bowed and we couldnt even zip the cover! The zipper broke and now the cover is just hanging on it! I read a few bad reviews and didnt listen! I should have listened! For the price we paid, it is not worth it!!!

Great product, I’m rather large and I didn’t think this was gonna last or be sturdy and it is. Super easy to put together.

Picture shows legs but the actual product does not come with any legs. Misleading for people especially since legs aren't an option.
