ZINUS Night Therapy Quick Assembly Smart Box Spring

I was shocked when I had to assemble the box spring.. as if today 2/27/19. I. Not sure if I’m returning I don’t want to loose my $45.00 coupon.

most unusual box springs. It I had bought them in a store and saw them, I likely would not buy. Buy they do the job.

Came without no instructions missing parts. The box looks beat up and it's heavy to carry, now I have to drive to the store to return this & get refund.

I would give this no stars if possible. One of the pieces came in defective and I have contacted the manufacturer and sent pictures of the defective part. I have not heard back from them. My dad threw out the box, so I cannot return it. Wasted my money on this!

Waste of money!

This is the second one of this item I’ve purchased. Great value. Easy to put together. Only thing is to sure you snap all the parts together well. I didn’t and had to take the mattress off, unzip this cover and snap back in. This was user error! Not a defect on the product at allz
