While the final product is very good, the assembly took quite a bit of time. The zippered wrap was almost too much for us. We struggled for over an hour to get it to fit, and not break the zipper. Seems like a little extra material in the manufacturing process might make this a much better product.

My husband and I were surprised at the firmness of our mattress now. He thinks he is sleeping better and I do too. That ridge in the middle from our former split boxspring is gone now. The kids, however, do not like to jump on our bed so much anymore. Umm too bad...

I don't know if I understood the description long I thought it was a box spring the normal ones the old-fashioned kind with wood whatever it is. But no one comes in this tiny box that you have to build and put it together it's not that hard you kind of do need two people at the very beginning. And I guess it's okay my daughter doesn't care for it her mattress slips off all the time the only reason that it stays on is because it's against the wall but in the middle of her room it literally slips to one side into the other

Old models box springs should be pitched and this new model put in there place. This new, assembly required design is easy to handle, light, noiseless, and provides excellent support. Combined with a gel foam mattress, it's great. Getting the best rest and my typically sore neck and back; aren't sore anymore.

I really the box spring. It was not difficult to put together and the cover fit perfectly. I bought the King size and if I had it to do over I think I'd prefer two twins instead because it's so big, but other than that it is exactly as advertised.

The box spring instructions were difficult to follow initially. Once you got a hang of it, it was quite easy to put together and time consuming of course. It come with all the tools necessary to install and once assembled it is pretty light. It’s durable and I recommend if no one wants to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a box spring.

When it showed up in it's long skinny box I wondered what the heck am I going to do with this. I opened the box and started putting it together.it was straight forward simple and took no time at all very sturdy and will out last a wood box spring with not much difference in weight. Highly recommend.

Bought on sale. Assembly was easy and fast. Nobody has used it yet but it appears sturdy enough. My only criticism is that the support slats that run horizontally across the frame fallbout too easily when the thing is mived around very much. Other than that, I am pleased with my purchase.

The mattress began to loosen the top layer within days of purchase. The side is already feeling like it is broken down. We bought this for my elderly Mom and she thinks we should return it. Really not happy. The box springs came in a relatively small box and were easy to put together. A clever idea, we’ll executed.

Bought this thinking it was a conventional box springs because of the product photo. Was surprised when it arrived in a relatively small carton because the design requires user-assembly. This solved my biggest issue: How would I get it upstairs via my narrow staircase? Assembly of the steel frame was straightforward with all components numbered and all fasteners supplied. Even spare fasteners and all necessary tools were supplied. With its zip-on fabric cover, this product looks and functions just like a conventional box springs. I am a fan of Zinus!
