The bags are a handy way of transporting cold/frozen items home from store. What has not been handy is locating them in the stores and the fact that I was not able to include them in a subsequent online order. Multiple clubs from Duluth, MN, to Hendersonville TN, to Dothan, AL could either not locate them or gave directions to multiple (nut inacurate) sales floor stocking locations, thus giving me the run around. Club managers acknowledged their own uncertainty as to product location and fustration over fact that associates often failed to update inventory locations and their apparent inability to correct both issues. Contacted customer service at corporate and they offered no real assistance or solution. Have the emails to prove it. SOLUTION: Have some totes, I'm not saying all, permanently hung on wall/case-mounted display hooks in multiple refrigerated and frozen food areas. Problem solved. Of course, that would still require associates to maintain stock on the hooks. One solution leads to another challenge.

I always try to think of something useful for my grown nieces and nephews for Christmas and this was my item of choice this year. Everyone needs to keep items either hot or cold after a grocery shopping trip and this bag is perfect for this purpose. Also, several of them have children on sports teams so this is great for toting their drinks and snacks for after the game. I have used my personal bag lots of times when transporting food to the beach or for a timeshare visit, so I don't have to immediately find a grocery store and purchase items needed for breakfast the next morning. It really holds a lot and is nicely insulated to keep food cold...or hot...whatever the case may be. I would definitely recommend this to all my friends!

This is relatively roomy, zips closed securely, and is well made. I have another one that is a few years old and still looks new. This will keep items cold for an hour or two, plenty for a return trip from grocery shopping. The price is lower than similar products in other stores and the construction is probably better as well. Notably , Walmart no longer sells this item and, when they did, it was twice as expensive. It is easy to fold, although a little bit bulky, and easy to store under the rear seat in my truck or in the trunk of my car. Five stars if the insulation was a bit thicker, but what is there does the job. This is probably the best bag by far you will find in this price range.

An absolute must have! Each trip we buy at least one more until we’ve got plenty and extras. With an hour drive to our closest Sam’s and record high temps, these keep the frozen items frozen and the cold items cold long enough to get home without any ice packs. Definitely LOVE these. Super spacious and even fit the 10lb rolls of ground beef with ease.

This carry bag 🎒, I would rate this brand of bag as the #1 bag to buy. It's tough, rugged, keeps cold products cold and hot products hot. I'm impressed with the strong material the straps are made of. Most of these kind of bags break under heavy weight, but this one doesn't. I actually have two of them and thinking about buying two or four more. Thank you again Sam's Club.

This insulated shopper is perfect for the groceries in the car. It’s the perfect size, keeps things cool, and keeps the groceries from rolling around in trunk. It’s made well (with thick canvas) so it’s not flimsy and can hold a lot of heavy groceries. I bought 3 and can carry everything into the house in ONE trip. Perfect!

I LOVE this bag and have several. I have purchased them for my children as well. I like the 2-handle option very much. I always have one or 2 in my car. These bags keep my frozen foods frozen for a couple hours on a hot day. I also use these bags for the beach, for hauling craft items to an event and so much more, not just for groceries!

I've had these bags before and I am replacing 2 of them that I gave yo my daughter plus adding a couple to my own supply. They work really well keeping food cold & frozen while we drive home, especially in the hot summer. Not only do they keep stuff cold but also make good bags to carry our sood home.

These insulated shoppers are my favorite reusable bags. They make great gifts as well. I turn them inside and run them through my washer. Be careful with boxes, the sharp corners can damage the lining. Easy solution is to remove frozen goods (that have inner packaging) from boxes before putting them in the bags.

I purchased this and used as a drink cooler for a trip I put ice in the bag and it did not leak the ice lasted a good amount of time so I am guessing if ice packs were placed in with groceries this would be amazing might even be able to get ice cream home in mississippi without it melting
