I recently purchased a box spring mattress from Sam's Club. The service was excellent and the delivery method and time was amazing. I received my mattress sooner than I anticipated. The most pleasurable part of my experience was that everything was done online. I never left my home, yet received what I needed to complete my bed. Thank you Sam's Club!

I bought this box spring about 2 months ago, delivery was free and fast. It came in a long box and assembly was required. It was pretty easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. It is an all metal frame, with no springs, then you cover it with a thin fabric that closes with a zipper. It fits the base of the bed perfectly. The only thing is that it came really dusty, so make sure to clean it before assembly, so the carpets won't get dirty.

Bought this opposed to a traditional box spring as our house is old and the stairs are tight making it hard to get big furniture upstairs. Most of this box spring snapped together and feels some what flimsy, hence 4 out of 5 stars, but so far it's held up. We've had it in use for a few weeks now.

Bought this thinking it was a conventional box springs because of the product photo. Was surprised when it arrived in a relatively small carton because the design requires user-assembly. This solved my biggest issue: How would I get it upstairs via my narrow staircase? Assembly of the steel frame was straightforward with all components numbered and all fasteners supplied. Even spare fasteners and all necessary tools were supplied. With its zip-on fabric cover, this product looks and functions just like a conventional box springs. I am a fan of Zinus!

Full disclosure, I thought this thing would come assembled. IT DIDN'T. But no problem. The instructions were clear on how to put it together. My wife and I did it in no time at all. The construction of it makes it very sturdy, and easy to move. I like that it is lighter, but stronger than my old box spring, which I felt tore and cracked all the time if I moved it. I wish the top side had a litlte more resistance to it to keep the mattress on top from shifting. But it's not a deal breaker at all. I love it.

didnt read description and thought it was a traditional box spring. opened the box and saw all the pieces and was going to return. wound up putting it together. (very easy) and it turned out perfect. set it on top of a traditional queen size bed frame with mattress on top.easy to take apart for moving or storage.

I liked the idea of having a box spring replacement that i could take apart if i ever needed to (for size reasons). My kids and I put it together and it was a fun project. it probably took us 45 minutes or so. We did get a little confused about which way the cover was supposed to go, but we figured it out eventually. Overall, I think it is going to be great.

This was by far the easiest furniture item I’ve ever put together. It all just snaps together, except for 8 screws that they give you a very fancy allen ratchet for. Just took a nap on it and it’s perfect. Gives our mattress the height and support we needed. Seems durable and it was an amazing price! 10/10 recommend

This box spring requires assembly. There is a metal frame that comes in many pieces which need to be bolted together. Not all the holes lined up correctly on mine. Metal bars cross from side to side and a thin fabric cover goes over the metal frame. I was concerned about the stability, but it has turned out to be more comfortable than anticipated. Another advantage is that it is light weight and easier to move than a traditional box spring, but still requires 2 people to move efficiently. I am concerned about the long term durability, but it has only been 2 months in use, so I cannot comment on that at this point.

Very sturdy frame. Instruction is lacking. Pictures helped some but it needs improvement. Metal pieces have marking UP to indicate direction of assembly, but the hard plastic pieces do not. The mid-section pieces need to have the open end facing up. If installed upside down, metal piece can be removed by press on the push pin. The issue is the push pin sink in and lost inside the metal frame. I almost return this frame. Luckly, I found an old metal window hanging curtain bar long enough to push the push in out of the frame. To reinstall the push pin, best use a small, long nose pliers. Once assembled, the frame is solid, no crack or creek as some stated.
