Very time consuming to put together

We have purchased something similar to this before from Sam's but this time it was a total let down. It was easy to put together, but we struggled for almost an hour trying to zip up the cover around the frame. We tried it inverted and then the opposite way and nothing worked. It was so obvious the cover didn't fit. The zipper finally busted when we were halfway around. You can see in the photos where the cover had been stretched so much it was starting to tear. fast forward to us just trying to rig it and use it with the cover unzipped and it looks like the box spring is smaller than our king size mattress  we also purchased from Sam's! How is that possible, I bought a king mattress and a king box spring--? Everything that could have gone wrong , did. So disappointed.

Really wanted to love this

This box spring is delivered in a box and needs to be assembled. With the included tools and instructions, I assembly it myself in about 1.5 hours. It wasn't difficult at all! And it included a heavy cover that zippers on and fits very well. Once I got the whole bed back together, I found the box spring to be very sturdy and solid. No creaking noises. It also makes the mattress feel a little more firm, which is fine with us. So far, we are very pleased with it.
