This is the second set of these cameras that we have bought from Sam's Club and absolutely love them.

Once you open and add app to phone it’s cost a lot to use both cameras. Was disappointed it didn’t say on package a monthly or yearly fee involved. We returned without using the cameras.

I couldn't ask for a better price but it turned out one was defective so I had to go through stealth to return it since they were sold out yes, I could have returned it but it was a 2-pack deal and 1 did work

It happy that you have to have extra app to run cameras and also pay extra fee to get pictures

It’s not explained very clearly that product requires cellular connection.

These only operate with a data plan - you buy the cameras and have to pay rent to use them. I would not have purchased if I had known. I am really glad that other people are now reviewing so that others won't make the same mistake that we made. We threw our camera away after paying our first 2 monthly fees. It just isn't worth it in the long run if you want to use this like we do - for security - protecting from predators.
