ZINUS Night Therapy Quick Assembly Smart Box Spring

It was delivered unassembled which was a surprise. It didn't take long to assemble and is very durable. Good purchase.

Came without no instructions missing parts. The box looks beat up and it's heavy to carry, now I have to drive to the store to return this & get refund.

Easy to assemble

I would give this no stars if possible. One of the pieces came in defective and I have contacted the manufacturer and sent pictures of the defective part. I have not heard back from them. My dad threw out the box, so I cannot return it. Wasted my money on this!

Waste of money!

This box spring is delivered in a box and needs to be assembled. With the included tools and instructions, I assembly it myself in about 1.5 hours. It wasn't difficult at all! And it included a heavy cover that zippers on and fits very well. Once I got the whole bed back together, I found the box spring to be very sturdy and solid. No creaking noises. It also makes the mattress feel a little more firm, which is fine with us. So far, we are very pleased with it.
