Okay so this boxspring took FOREVER to get to me, but once it did it was just as described. I’m a 23 year old female who recently moved into a new apartment with spiral stairs. A boxspring that I had to put together was my only option and this one worked out well. It took me about an hour to put it together (I’m not handy at all) and is a little squeaky but I can definitely live with it. Would recommend to a friend. Pros: fit the bed frame perfectly and was relatively easy to put together in a tight space Cons: shipping was slow and boxspring is squeaky

Good price. Wasn't quite as easy as other reviews in the time it takes to put together. I was clueless, but my daughter in law figured it out quickly and it took us a little over an hour to do it. It's confusing that each larger part has different numbers on each end, but you need to match that end number up with the end number on a separate piece. Also the thin bars don't meet up together in the middle, I had to lay one on the outside of each middle piece. You'll see what I mean when you get to that part.

I purchased this to support a new foam mattress I just purchased to go on top of a platform bed. Not only was this extremely easy to put together, but it is well made and offers the support needed for a mattress. I would definitely buy this again instead of going to a mattress store to buy one. Much more affordable!

this product was well made, an fits it purpose .However, it took HOURS to assemble as there wasn't any illustrations nor INSTRUCTIONS with the product. This was ordered for my granddaughter and shipped to her address and I couldn't help them at all as I was in a different city.

Bought this opposed to a traditional box spring as our house is old and the stairs are tight making it hard to get big furniture upstairs. Most of this box spring snapped together and feels some what flimsy, hence 4 out of 5 stars, but so far it's held up. We've had it in use for a few weeks now.

I had learned before delivery that the box spring needed to be assembled. All parts are a strong metal. The assembly was made simple because the parts were clearly marked where they joined, all nuts and bolts were also clearly marked, and the tools to assemble were included. The twin xl I purchased fit perfectly into the bed frame. Definitely a good purchase.

I moved into an older home and was not able to get my old, one piece Queen size box springs up the stairs to my bedroom. This modular box spring was easy to take up the stairs and put together in my room. Simple instructions and design made it impossible to put together incorrectly. The "slip cover" looks great and my new room is complete. I'd never buy the old style box spring again!

Old models box springs should be pitched and this new model put in there place. This new, assembly required design is easy to handle, light, noiseless, and provides excellent support. Combined with a gel foam mattress, it's great. Getting the best rest and my typically sore neck and back; aren't sore anymore.

MY OLDEST DAUGHTER BOUGHT THIS ITEM AND WHEN WE TOOK IT OUT THE BOX WE WAD INSTANTLY CONFUSED AND THIBKING "WHAT HAVE WE GOT OURSELVES INTO"..SCANNED THE INSTRUCTIONS AND M7MBLED A FRW CHOICE WORDS AS WE SAT THERE CONFUSED.I THEN DECIEDED TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AND PUT EM INTO PLAY THEN WE LAUGHED AT OURSELVES AS TO HOW EASY IT WAS TO PUT TOGETHER AND ARE AMAZED AS TO HOW STURDY IT IS.

I bought this box spring about 2 months ago, delivery was free and fast. It came in a long box and assembly was required. It was pretty easy to assemble if you follow the instructions. It is an all metal frame, with no springs, then you cover it with a thin fabric that closes with a zipper. It fits the base of the bed perfectly. The only thing is that it came really dusty, so make sure to clean it before assembly, so the carpets won't get dirty.
