When it showed up in it's long skinny box I wondered what the heck am I going to do with this. I opened the box and started putting it together.it was straight forward simple and took no time at all very sturdy and will out last a wood box spring with not much difference in weight. Highly recommend.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had first they send the wrong parts so you can’t put it together then they won’t order the parts over the phone you have to do everything through email than it takes forever for the replacement to come never order from them again

The product arrived faster than the date given which was fantastic! It was pretty easy to assemble and because of it’s material it will out last any “normal” box spring. It is quite difficult to get the outer covering on but with a little help we did it. I’m completely satisfied.

My husband and I were surprised at the firmness of our mattress now. He thinks he is sleeping better and I do too. That ridge in the middle from our former split boxspring is gone now. The kids, however, do not like to jump on our bed so much anymore. Umm too bad...

Good product for tight spaces or up steps, because you assemble the frame of the "box". The feel is sort of different. Firmer where the bars are and mattress sinks down a bit more where there isn't something solid. Perhaps this is better used with thick mattresses. Our's are very good quality bunk bed mattresses that wr converted to twim beds.

Able to fold up to fit in tight spaces a king size box spring would not otherwise fit into (such as up a narrow staircase leading to an upstairs bedroom) It is only because of this product that I was able to keep a king size bed in a master bedroom upstairs. The stairwell was so steep and narrow that only a regular full size box spring would fit (which was fine for the upstairs guest bedroom). Thankfully this king box spring was available and made it up the stairs easily! Now we can continue sleeping on our king size bed without a problem!

The box spring instructions were difficult to follow initially. Once you got a hang of it, it was quite easy to put together and time consuming of course. It come with all the tools necessary to install and once assembled it is pretty light. It’s durable and I recommend if no one wants to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a box spring.

Easy to put together. Fit perfectly onto the queen size bed frame. This was exactly what we were looking for as the bedframe is a platform style bed. This box spring doesn't come with feet it is meant to fit right inside your furniture. we give it 5 stars!

Bought this a couple of weeks ago to replace my 8-year-old wooden frame box spring which had broken. Being a big guy (6'4" 320lbs), I was looking for a metal frame box spring. The price drew me to this one. This box spring was easy to put together. It is very sturdy. The only downside was that it felt like I could "feel" the metal frame of the box spring through my memory foam mattress. Maybe that was because my mattress is 8-years-old as well. I bought a 3" mattress topper and that fixed that issue.

I’m guilty of not reading the whole description when I bought this box spring, when it showed up in a box I was surprised, but I decided to give it a shot and put it together. It was extremely simple. Just read the directions and it shouldn’t have any problems. Don’t let the number of parts scare you off.
