This is the second one of this item I’ve purchased. Great value. Easy to put together. Only thing is to sure you snap all the parts together well. I didn’t and had to take the mattress off, unzip this cover and snap back in. This was user error! Not a defect on the product at allz

This box spring is delivered in a box and needs to be assembled. With the included tools and instructions, I assembly it myself in about 1.5 hours. It wasn't difficult at all! And it included a heavy cover that zippers on and fits very well. Once I got the whole bed back together, I found the box spring to be very sturdy and solid. No creaking noises. It also makes the mattress feel a little more firm, which is fine with us. So far, we are very pleased with it.

Great little box spring. Went together well and is certainly sturdy. Easy to put together and comes with a ratchet tool that makes it even easier. Very well engineered.

My wife purchased so I was a little shocked when it was delivered, the next day by the way, in a 1ft by 1ft by 4 ft box. Assembly required AHHHH!!! Assembly only took about 1/2 hour very simple and am very pleased with how durable, solid and quiet this box "spring", cause there are no springs, is.

This is an all metal frame with a thin cloth cover that encases it (zipper). Free shipping was a plus but it took 10 days to get here. Took about 45 minutes to assemble it. The instructions only have diagrams with parts labeled a, b etc. but the parts themselves aren't labeled so you pretty much have to figure it out from the drawings. Seems sturdy and fit the bed frame like a glove.

I bought this because I had no way of getting a bulky traditional box spring to my house. I ordered this and it was delivered to my house. (Much easier to move up the stairs) My husband put it together. It will be nice when it comes time to move because we will be able to take it apart.

Got this for my grand daughter who is moving up to a twin mattress with box spring. I had not idea it would have to be assembled. However, my son in law put it together and it looked fine. Zinus has good reviews which is why I ventured out to get it

The picture shows peg legs and they are not included. This needs to be stated. Otherwise it is simple to put together. Very light weight but sturdy. I was going to order a similar one on Amazon that has legs but I like that this one has a cover but I did need the legs.

We bought this about a month and a half ago. All pieces included. We had two issues with this product: one of the pieces didn't align flush with the other when screwed in, so it was slightly off in it's alignment. Also, we had major issues trying to get the zipper case around it, and it never fully closed, the zipper and material began ripping (and we tried it several different ways). We had just moved and really needed our bed set up, so we decided to try it. It works ok, but we are definitely not fully satisfied with it.

I would give this no stars if possible. One of the pieces came in defective and I have contacted the manufacturer and sent pictures of the defective part. I have not heard back from them. My dad threw out the box, so I cannot return it. Wasted my money on this!
