I honestly didn’t expect much from this product. I was pleasantly surprised when it was completely put together. The process was simple and straightforward. Looks good on the kids beds.

Love the size of the pack/box. Assembly wasn't difficult but took about 30 minutes. Product is sturdy and appears to be holding up well for a 16 year old teen heavy dude.

Came with one broken spring connector. but drilled a 1/4" hole for a bolt and solved problem. Easy to assemble and sturdy. Easy to transport to bedroom. Too early to tell if slip on cover will last. Will recommend for guest room.

While the frame is substantial, this will not support a memory foam mattress. There are large gaps between the supports. It may be ok on a regular mattress but my memory foam literally kept sinking into the gaps. I returned it.

Box spring arrived fast, it took 1 person to put together pretty quick. No squeaking, very sturdy, we will never go back to the wooden ones. Definitely recommend to buy this one.

moved to a second floor apt. original bixspring couldnt pass the steps. this came slim in a box. setup was easy and it is. comfortable. it has a cover to mimic a regular box spring. happy with purchase

I bought this a month ago and sorry I did. Didn’t know you had to put it together, my friends helped me with it. It’s confusing and a pain to put together.

Bought this and was a bit worried, but it was easy to put together and works wonderfully! It is nice to know if I need to I can dis-assemble it and pack it away easily!
