I was quoted the wrong size tire. When I came in for the installation I was told at that time. I had purchased my previous tires at Sam's with no problem. So I had to pay an additional amount for my tires.

We had to purchase this replacement passenger side tire for an unanticipated damage situation, as described below, but along with that replacement, Mr. Matthew, the Sam's Club technician recommended we also include a TPMS Kit small purchase price to assure proper functionality of the tire wheel air valve stem. Tire Damage Situation: While driving about 1.5 miles at night from our house in our vehicle, we heard very significant vehicle vibrations from the passenger side. So, we then stopped and noticed the rear-passenger side tire was flat. Thankfully, we were able to re-inflate it with a special tool stored in the vehicle, and we were able to drive back to the house, but at that time we did not know why the tire became flat. The next day we realized the tire had been flattened by a large nail into the tread surface and the tire wall surfaces were subsequently and permanently damaged due to its flat rolling condition. After all work service completion by Mr. Matthew, while driving we also noticed the vehicle's “excessive low tire-pressure” dash-board indicator light was now shut-off. This indicator light had been staying on for the past two years, and our regular auto repair technician had previously suggested we frequently check tire pressures or pay a very large price estimate to figure out and fix which of our 4-vehicle tire valve stems was the cause for it to have remained on so long.

I came in to get a mug put in my tire. There was a nail in the flat portion of the tread. They informed me that side wall was worn and thought that I should have seen that. They refused to repair the nail and I had to purchase a new tire……I felt like they took advantage of me! I could have gone to Tire Kingdom and they would have put a plug in. The side wall issue had no bearing on the tire……

I got these for my Kia Sorento and like them very much. I especially appreciate the long wear rating, it's more than the old tires, and they weren't that old- just worn out. I find these to be about the same in regards to road noise, fairly quiet. I'm happy with them and the installation was super fast and easy.

We read a good many reviews and comparisons about all weather tires. We picked these because of the performance in rain and snow. Now that we have them on the SUV for about a month, I can say that my husband loves them. They are responsive and perform well in the rain. They are mushy or slidey. He's very happy with them. Love the SAMS price. We did learn that it is best to make sure you are purchasing this years manufacture date, because over the years that rubber does deteriorate. So if you are looking on-line and see that the MaxLife is the older generation than the MaxLife 2, and they are cheaper (some are the exact same price, go figure), be careful because they could be a year or two older than the MaxLife 2.

The people working in the tire department are pleasant to work with, I was in and out in less than an hour. Their priceing includes putting them on the rim, balancing and disposing the worn tires And they come with an 85 thousand mile guarantee!

Starting with a good name brand is generally a good beginning. Having fast, friendly and capable personnel to install the tires is the next step, and the men at Sam's certainly performed that task quickly and completely. In what seemed like no time at all we were back on the road, just in time to safely and confidently drive through some lousy winter weather.

Great service. They explained the problem they found when starting a rotation request and showed us why they would not do the rotation until one tire was replaced. They make it clear why that tire would not be safe much longer the way it had worn, and that it was not the kind of problem that could be fixed without replacement. No excuses, no pressure, just a clear, intelligent explanation of the situation and what they recommended. Also, the out of the country person who made the initial appointment was very courteous, very articulate, and easy to understand. And I appreciated that when I made the appointment to have the new tire installed (it had to be ordered and came in just a couple of days) I was able to speak to someone in the same shop that was going to do the work.

An “egg” developed in the sidewall of one of the tires that I had purchased from SAMS and I needed a replacement fast. I received no compensation from my road hazard coverage but I was pleased that I was able to get a new tire mounted within a couple of hours so I could avoid driving on the spare. My biggest problem with SAMS tire department is sometimes it is NOT possible to make an appointment to have necessary work performed.

I had an excellent experience with Sam's Club Tire Center, and I felt it was worth sharing. From start to finish, the customer service I received was truly outstanding. I especially want to recognize the manager, Tara, whose professionalism and expertise made a huge difference. I came in feeling a bit stressed about needing a new tire, but Tara immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the process. What really stood out was how efficiently she handled everything. From helping me select the right tire to ensuring the installation was completed quickly and smoothly, Tara managed it all with impressive attention to detail and care. It's not often you come across such dedicated and customer-focused service. Tara and her team went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making my experience such a positive one.
