This toothpaste provides enamel strengthening all while still whiting the teeth. The instructions are self explanatory when it comes to brushing your teeth. Not an overly strong smell, no pain, and my teeth look and feel sqeaky clean after. I do notice a difference on my teeth color being whiter, but I have also been using whitening variations of Sensodyne for a couple months now. Overall I highly recommend this brand.

However, I find this product a little lacking. The paste is really thick, which is difficult to use, and there isn't enough mint flavor to keep my mouth feeling fresh. However, if over time I notice my teeth getting whiter, I would still give it an extra star.
