That’s a lot of ground to cover for a single toothpaste! I definitely feel like it is helping with some sensitivity that I had been experiencing a few months prior. Really cold drinks bother me a lot less! t’s a lot harder to judge how much it has whitened my teeth (I was already using whitening toothpaste) or how it has impacted enamel hardness. The real test will come at my next dental appointment but I feel like my teeth are staying white instead of succumbing to coffee stains. My husband was using a different toothpaste and seems to have switched over to this one out of preference. I don’t have a good sense of cost - since I was provided a tube to review. The taste is a pretty standard mint. I would definitely look to continue using this type of toothpaste though - at least for six months or more until my next cleaning. Give it a try!

It really does take consistency to see a difference in the shade of whiteness, but trust the process! My teeth are a few shades whiter, and I liked the flavor of the toothpaste compared to other whitening toothpastes.
