Terrible

Waste of money. I made one batch, ate 1 cookie and threw away the entire box. The dough inside is rock hard and cookies don't cook consistently. Not worth the cost of gas/electric you use for your oven to bake.

Egg free cookie great for allergies

With egg being the top allergen for children this cookie is safe for my child. Not only are they allergen safe, but they taste delicious. When I bake them, nobody realizes they don’t have eggs. Please bring them back into stores.

Five stars after this easy upgrade :)

If you tried these and felt they were just ok or bland, give them another chance with this upgrade: -Set out refrigerated cookie dough for 10 minutes to soften a bit. -Lightly press a few “Ghirardelli Premium Baking 60% Cacao Bittersweet” chips, pointy side down, into top of dough (don’t skimp here, use Ghirardelli!). I added five or six. -Gently melt real butter in pan, with 1-tsp vanilla extract (for six cookies) and two or three shakes of sea salt. Swish around to mix well. -Slowly pour about 1-tsp mixture over each cookie. -Bake as usual. -Note: because of the added oil (butter), the cookies will cool into a thinner shape. Wow! Hard to stop eating them now.

Just like the cookies they sell!

The cookies tasted the same as the ones they sell in the store. It’s a little too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved them. I baked in the air fryer 6 cookies each time for my two kids as an after school snack. Easy to store in the freezer and have fresh cookies anytime.

Not as good as the Pillsbury dough in the tub.

We always used to buy the Pillsberry dough. It was easy to add nuts or butterscotch or white chocolate chips to personalize the dough and make it seem even more homemade and gourmet. It wasn’t available so I ordered these and I’m disappointed with the flavor. Bland, very little vanilla or chocolate flavor. So I tried to zhush them up by adding flavored chips-still disappointed because I planned on using these on a bridal shower display I understand that people who have allergies or like their cookies pre-measured might appreciate this product. But for those who like a true homemade taste and want the kitchen to smell like their baking cookies, this product is not for you.

Break and bake cookies are meh

These break and bake cookies are just ok. To start, these can be refrigerated or frozen, and baked from either, which is fantastic. The flavor is great, either as cookie dough or a finished cookie. The quality of the dough holding together is the issue unless you plan to eat the entire batch after making. They fall apart. Visually, they aren’t great to look at. 1 out of 3 of my children will eat them, which means I would not buy them again.

Easy, but not my fave

I have to start off by saying I'm a bit of a cookie snob. That said, these were super easy to make either from the fridge or frozen. The frozen "pucks" are a good size & I was hoping they would be more like the cookies you get from the Sam's bakery. They were a bit thin and actually tasted kind of like whole wheat. The ingredients do show that they contain a whey protein concentrate & a fiber blend. The funny thing is that the don't have any fiber in the nutritional facts. The dough was a darker color that my homemade butter/white flour recipe. I did make some of these for an event I needed to bring a dessert to and they were gobbled up. So, for an easy, affordable cookie option these are good. No scooping, just break them apart and throw them on some parchment on a cookie sheet. You bake a few minutes longer if they are frozen. Oh, one plus is that they are advertised as safe to eat without baking. That's a plus if you're a raw cookie dough eater!
