These hit the spot if you’re craving a warm cookie. I wouldn’t categorize them as ‘gourmet’, but they’re also better than others out there. I ate a cookie in both forms (raw dough and cooked) and they definitely lack a rich butter flavor. I can also taste that they’re egg-less, not that that’s bad, but mostly like it’s missing something. Definitely underbake them so they end up a bit chewier, I can imagine they’d get pretty crunchy if they’re cooked too long.

Best cookies ever! Please bring these back!
